Excellent location,great rooms,Nice breakfast in an outdated dining room.What is more interesting in my case (as I was stuck in the room for medical reasons): Why the Hotel has invested in huge 50 inch sophisticated Samsung TV screens while some of the 15 or so channels do not work at all and those that work are freezing most of the time and for an a non Hungarian speaker there is nothing to watch.No movie channel, BBC not working.So all in all its just a huge monster in the room,You can however cast your phone to itNice.Even a basic satellite/cable basic would suffice.
The beds are comfortable.,house keeping though is questionable. Bathroom was cleaned , but the shampoos and other cosmetics were thrown on the the side of the sink .Rooms are clean and tidy.The pool and sauna are great. Concierge service is very quick and efficient using the Radisson Blue app.

Reception staff good and attentive. Rooms large clean and comfy, safe to walk around hotel area and in a great place for everything. Used hotel to book thermal spa excellent tickets. Used pool area which was fine. Happy to stay again

Good location, friendly multilingual staff. Close to tourist spots, but not in one. Lovely spacious rooms and good plumbing. Good breakfast, but not Radisson Super Breakfast level. Easy check in and out.

Run down. The hotel rooms appear to have not been updated in at least 15 yearsthere were stains all over everything (lamp, carpet, table) and when I complained at the front desk to change rooms, I was met with a dirty look and a drawn out process to make the switch. The waiter on the hotel side was also rude. Can anybody smile here? No king bed, just 2 twin beds pushed together. I would give fewer stars but 1 day shift man was pleasant who helped me get a taxi, and 1 night shift woman gave me directions to the Musical Fountain on Margaret Island. Also the breakfast buffet was a good size with decent food.

Nice hotel. Good food and service. Very helpful with paying taxi on arrival due to card-reader issues. Only minor issue was traffic noise audible.

Nice hotel, very well located. The only downside is the size of the rooms and the "gym" - not even close to the proper gym. The swimming pool is also small.

Rooms not 4 star. Old fashioned and our windows would not close. One had no handle so could not be secured. Advised reception, they just forced them shut.
Only gave 3 stars as in convenient location and I booked on club Carlson points so did not have to use my own money to pay for the room. Rooms are clean but this Radisson is definitely not up to the standard of other Radisson I have stayed at.

Nice room (bed could've been better, but my back is picky with beds). The hotel "spa" or pool is small but you can still do exercise there. There's also a sauna and an ice water pool. Don't go there for the food though. They do try, but it would be nicer if the scrambled eggs were hot. The bartenders have never had any training, but they can make simple things.
Got stuck in the elevator once for 5-10 mins. Not pleasant, but at least they worked hard to get me out. Friendly staff.
Could've been five stars, but they lot one for the food and one more for the elevator experience.

Great location, but the rooms are very outdated. Bathrooms were not on the best shape, but overall everything was clean. I would stay here again because of the location, hopefully they make some updates.

The room was too hot and air con wasn't working. The shower screen and shower head were both broken. Good location.

Few minor things. Double bed but single duvets? Strange. TV stopped working for a few days. Overall very good, but not quite 5 stars.
