We stay one night, breakfast it was okay, the staff is not friendly .
the rooms are dirty, the toilet was horrible,stink by the urine the fan did not workso it was even worse..

Decent hotel, breakfast is standard continental breakfast nothing special; decent at best. We did not eat at the hotel, you can get much better food for a better price inside pest. Location is ok, just outside the city on the Buda side, don't hesitate asking the hotel to call a taxi for you. That's a really good service and they Excel at this and you won't get cheated by the drivers that are called by the hotel. The hotel is a 10min drive from the main street. Rooms were too dark for my taste and were a little too old and stale looking. Very Hungarian though so you could call it authentic. We tried to check out the pool and it looked decent however we had to contact the personal to access the swimming and they had to swap our room keycards for cards that could access the pool area. Which was just awkward and clumsy. The city is beautiful and if you plan to spend most of the time sight seeing then rooms are fine. The bathroom has a bathtub which is just so relaxing after a long city hike! TV in the room, but no English entertainment, they do however have some shady polish channels which sent open in the later hours, so if that's your thing it's good.

The accommodation was pretty good and the location of the hotel is in a green belt area. The public transportation and some great pubs in 5 minutes time. The room service did a good job every day and the breakfast was varied and always fresh.

This hotel has everything that you might need of. It's a tour class so a lot of tour groups stay here. They have a huge lobby so they can accommodate big groups while checking in. There's also a pool underground. Breakfast are very well , you a big variety of food. Rooms are clean. Will come again.

Great staff. Room was not fancy. We did not have a coffee maker or a microwave in our room. Booked a basic room. Good price for staying in Budapest.

One of the worst experience of my life! I do not recommend this hotel! I think its even a hostel! The rating on this hotel is 2 star basic! The rooms are very old! The room smells very bad and the carpet is wet! The internet sucks!!!!!

Very good hotel for the price and the facilities, my husband and I enjoyed staying there and in that part of the city, away from the hustle&bustle of the Pest area.
The buffet breakfast was good, there was a lot of fresh fruit and choice of other savoury things. The swimming pool and sauna were great.
This hotel seems to belong to a very efficient German or Eastern European chain and attracts a lot of Japanese and German travellers. The staff speaks good English and are attentive.
I don't mind a hotel being dated to the 70s or 80s. This one was clean and good enough.response / report this review -

Lovely hotel with a sauna and a warm pool. Really enjoyed the view from my room. Free wifi which works well. Small elevators but that's okay. They have a lot of bacon and french toast for the breakfast table if you love that stuff which I do :D it's central to some really nice places and a mall in case you wanna quickly go buy gifts or outfits. Staff is friendly :)

Normally I don't mind much where I stay when I am on a short, intense trip. It's just where I sleep, and I spend most of the day out anyway. But for what we paid, and what we got in return, I was severely disappointed. Danubius Hotel Flamenco says it is a four stars establishment, but I've stayed in youth hostels with better quality and service. I mean, which four star hotel has a tiny bathroom with one single soap dispenser? At least it was strategically placed so you can reach it from the sink or the shower. When my wife asked in reception if they had body lotion, they rudely pointed out to the gift shop. The room was hot, and the AC unit was old, worn out, and barely puffed out a thin stream of air. We had to sleep with the window open, better the occasional wail of an ambulance than sweating the night away. The decor was also old, stiff, worn. The lamps were falling apart, and the walls yellowish and dirty. Service was OK, if a bit rude and not very friendly. Budapest is one of our favorite destinations, but we'll be looking for some other place to stay.

Great location: nice park with a lake in front of the hotel. Public transport near by.
The hotel looks like an old communistic building. Piano at the reception. Room is good. Breakfast was ok. Private parking is safe ( the neighbourhood seems also good). Water of the pool was too cold especially with a small chid. It's a pity to have such a nice area that you can not enjoy!response / report this review -

Cozy hotel with good food choices, parking and excellent location. Close to public transportation. A nice park is right in front of the hotel. Has a friendly and knowledgeable crew. Good breakfast and dinner served.

Checked in Saturday 2 AM, everything without any problems. Room was clean and the staff friendly. Didn't visit any wellness area.
