It was pretty awesome. I really enjoyed being there the recepsionist was very helpful,the food was good and it was frequented by many tourists all around the world.
What I didn't like was that the manager and staff at restaurant were Racist against albanian people.

As many others have said, rooms a bit tired but hotel clean friendly with good enough choice of food at a reasonable price. Those wanting 5 star silver service and exclusivity look elsewhere and pay up for it. Don't whing that you do not get that here for the price you have paid. I would happily come again.

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. Lovely location close to small beach, bus transport and bars/restaurants. Not so close to be noisy though.
Excellent food every day with a number of choices.
As we went before season started (April), the bar only stayed open after 10pm if there were a number of people in it but not a problem as there were others very close by.
Nice pools (inside and out), good gym and spa (recommend a massage!).
Only thing missing for us was kettle in the room but that's a minor detail and everything else more than made up for it.

Had a pretty nice stay here. It's a bit away from the city center but it doesn't feel that far. You can take a bus and be in the city center approximately 5 minutes. The hotel lies in new town which is pretty nice and calm. You live right by the beach and can pretty much choose between the ocean or the swimming pool. The rooms are a bit old but clean. Which is the most important thing

Warm, welcoming staff, especially Marija in the restaurant.

Great buffet service, wonderful facilities. Double room could use a double bed and not two singles pushed together or at least two single mattresses that zip to keep them together.

Due to the size of hotel and number of guests a few more lifts would be beneficial, as often on the 7th floor you end up waiting ages for a lift.

Not enough reasons to spoil the holiday in any way, however. The views and location more than make up for it!

It's a very good hotel, we are staying in the hotel Villa Park, an annex to a newer building. Rooms are a bit smaller, tiny bath too small to sit down. But overall very good.

Good solid 3 star hotel, but not a four star as far as quality goes.

The pools are unheated salt water unlike better hotels which are fresh water and heated. The spa only ever comes on at 4pm daily as well.
The rooms are a bit pokey and small.
Food, was good but could be a little bland from time to time.
Here's a tip. Save yourself some money by buying your drinks in the tavern on the same land. It's cheaper than the hotel bar. Why this is the case I'll never know! As it's owned by the hotel also!
The tavern does do good home made pizza though!

Had an absolutely fantastic weeks holiday would definitely recommend. The food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Amazing facilities on site such as pool and gym, the room was rather on the small size but everything else made up for this. A great place and location to go to with easy and reliable access to the beach or the old town of Dubrovnik.

This hotel is a bit dated but has food service and nice location. For those who want to avoid steps of old town Dubrovnik, it provides great comfort. They upgraded us as well!

Descent place
Hotel rooms are clean, but could to do with some updating in some areas. The food isn't bad either. Good choice of food from buffet style diner service. You'd have to be quite picky not too like it. Pools not bad either could do with more umbrella to keeps the sun off. Some building work going on at the beach at the moment. This could put some people off.

I was indecisive about whether to give this three or four stars, as it was not what I would expect from a 4* hotel. There was a lack of sunbeds, as the only area they have for them is around the pool and there are far more people staying in the hotel than fill these, even out of school holiday season. The onsite pool bar was very overpriced for very average food. However, we were half board and the quality at breakfast and dinner was very good. Be aware however that there is no access to free water at any point, so no opportunity to fill bottles without paying in the bar.

I was surprised to find that the pool was salt water not chlorinated - bit of a shock to the system when you first go under.

Big perk for me was all the cats around - these are well looked after so don't pester anyone.

Lovely spacious hotel with loads of ground space just by load beach. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, spa, sauna. There is also a playground on the grounds along with another just outside the grounds. Stunning views from the rooms. When booking ask for a high room with a view. Worth it. There is a great cliff walk just beside the hotel, brill to build up an appetite before dinner.

Taverna is the hotel restaurant which serves Italian food, including deadly wood fired pizza. Hotel is about 45 minutes walk from the old city but 10minutes in a taxi which are not that expensive. Walk is nice in the cool evenings

The hotel was nice, the staff was great ( Except the women at the pool's reception. She was super rude!). The room service was nice the girls that clean the room were really polite and pretty too.
The food was really good (but they don't offer anything to drink for dinner).
Btw i think you should add some flip flops.

P.S. I rated this hotel with 4 stars because of that rude receptionist!
