Fantastic little hotel to get some rest in, great location on the harbour side and easy walking distance from the old town of you don't mind hills otherwise there's a bus stop 100metres away. Rooms are lovely and well fitted, my only gripe was that having paid a premium for a sea view this was a little obscured and there was no balcony so didn't feel this was worth the extra, the breakfast was great quality with a great range of choices, bar was well stocked and the staff where very friend and helpful so wouldn't hesitate to return.

Excellent staff and very friendly service. Rooms are newly refurbished and clean! Lovely views of the harbour. Only downside (But also an advantage) is that it's a good 40 min walk to old town. Ps. Has parking!!

Beautiful, quiet hotel. Clean, friendly and comfortable. The breakfast choice is amazing as is the evening buffet. Local bars and restaurants nearby. Come out of the hotel, turn left, you will see a long ally next to a restaurant beginning with "P" (sorry can't remember name) cut down the ally and you will come to restaurants, and buss stop. Number 6 takes you straight into city walls. It's worthwhile getting a "dubrovnik card" as you get bus travel and entry to the "wall" free. This hotel is so lovely, it's very quiet but we loved that after the hustle of the city. Really recommend staying here. If you like walking the views are amazing Also, you HAVE to visit the "MORE CAVE BAR" which us about a 15min walk away stunning. Happy Holiday.

Really nice hotel located in the peaceful area but still has great function of the public transportation. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is glorious and you can get all you need for your morning. The hotel is perfect for the elderly as it is a peaceful place. The hotel personal is helpful and friendly.

The location was very nice and clean. Big rooms, great AC, and the breakfast has many choices. The location is not so close to Old City but is pretty close to Copacabana beach(15-20 minutes by walk or 5-10 min by bus).

We stayed at Hotel Lapad last month, and had a great time. The breakfast was extensive and I feel that there is something for everyone, fruit, hot foods, cereal, different kinds of bread and cheese, etc. There was always enough sunbeds, which can be a problem with many hotels. We had a minor ant problem in our bathroom but they were very quick to sort it out and the service was very good on that part. Obviously, the see through bathroom can be interesting but as a couple we didn't feel like it was a problem. The local area also has a good few restaurants, which is handy when you just can't be bothered to go far after a day's worth of walking. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Overpriced, mediocre rooms for price, old pilling furniture, wifi not working, staff not helpful about it. Rooms cleaned but glasses left dirty. Surprised that people liked the foodit was awful compared to every other hotel breakfast I've eaten.

There was a great variety of food in the hotel and the breakfast and lunch foods were delicious. The rooms are very tidy and well kept but the outside terrace lacks privacy as there are only baskets in between the seating areas. The staff were friendly and helpful and were willing to answer any questions. Had a great stay here will definitely be coming back.

Lovely chilled hotel, helpful staff. Great for couples, old and young. There isn't much going on near the hotel (though there is a restaurant a walk away which was unreal) but the views of the harbour are amazing. It is a 10 min bus ride into the Old City and the buses come very frequently and are less than £2 per journey. It's actually nice to stay out of the Old City which gets very busy so I wouldn't be deterred by location. It is close enough to lovely beaches and Lapad Bay which is great. It's conveniently close to the boat pickup point which is helpful if you are going on a trip to an island. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, very attentive service, comfortable rooms but then again the room rates Charged they ought to be!! Good breakfast options. Looking out to the ferry port terminal across the water, decent location. Pool area a little disappointing, shallow pool and limited sun beds. No fitness room etc. Easy walk to numerous places but also good bus service to old town. Dubrovnik is hills so bear that in mind if not mobile. Current £ conversion rate here is 8 in the banks when budgeting. Overall a nice comfortable relaxing hotel.

A comfortable hotel at a price that isn't unreasonable for Dubrovnik. It's quite a long way from the Old Town so it costs a taxi fare to get there and taxis are dear in Dubrovnik.

Ok hotel. I don't know how it won any awards?! We aren't fussy but to return to your room after breakfast today and find two male staff in your bathroom cleaning before you have checked out is very rude! Location was good and staff at checking in were friendly. Room was average as fridge door broke , bathroom had a plug missing we had to call reception for and do not eat in the restaurant i had rubber pork!!! Terrible!!
