Beautiful property. The view from the lobby and the rooms are awesome. The champagne breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. The staff are courteous and it was a pity we were only there for two days.

Location is a bit out of the way from the castle but it's got fantastic views and a private beach so that can be forgiven.

Very nice hotel with professional and friendly staff. Great Breakfast with fresh Orange juice, fruits, grilled vegetables, fresh pancakes, bacons and eggs, fresh bread, cereals and large choice of cheese and ham - not forgetting Prosecco :) Rooms are large and well equipped. Terrace is also large with an amazing see view. Swimming pool, wellness and fitness top with new equipment.

This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life. It was truly paradise. We started our honeymoon with this hotel and it was an amazing start. The views were breathtaking, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was probably the best breakfast I ever had with endless options. We will definitely be coming back here!

Easily one of the top hotels in Dubrovnik. Location had one of the nicest beaches we had seen on our trip which was super convenient. Rooms were very clean and offered excellent views. The breakfast was world class, with a huge selection available that would please guests and offer a good variety everyday. Above all, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they made sire we enjoyed our stay by offering invaluable information and helping us get reservations at the top restaurants in Dubrovnik. TLDR: Stay here!

Was just there for lunch and the beach.
Nevertheless the Service is great. Especially we were not guests at that hotel.
The beach is good for snorkeling and stand up paddeling. Or even just for watching the waves coming in.

One of the most pleasant hotel experiences I have had. The staff were very warm and great hosts upon welcoming. We booked one double and one twin room, we were given 2 twin rooms but we didn't mind. We did have a problem with our mattress which was old and very sunken in the middle. When we initially asked for it to be changed it was the exact same quality mattress. We complained again and were a bit fed up by this point due to bad sleep and back pain and asked for another and eventually we were given brand new mattresses. In addition to this they gave us a bottle of wine to compensate which we thought was very thoughtful! Overall great hotel and this may be weird but as you enter the hotel your nostrils are filled with a lovely, fresh smell. (Smell is important to me! lol!) I wouldn't recommend the Room Service food.

If you are looking for a luxurious holiday in a wonderful environment, you can find it in this hotel. We had this 5 stars room designated to us because of an extreme flight delay of Thomas Cook, so we cannot actually afford staying here, but if you've got the money, go for it!

This hotel is incredible- first impressions are everything and as your walk in to reception after your bags have been taken from you, you see an incredible panoramic view of the sea front the other side of the building. At reception you are given a cold towel and a drink which is very refreshing and makes you very welcome.
The rooms are fab - overlooking the sea with a balcony and loungers if you didn't fancy the beach or pool. However the hotels beach is beautiful, plenty of loungers and umbrellas and the crystal clear sea ready when you want to cool off.
The food is great here too, plenty of selection for breakfast including bloody Mary's and omelettes cooked fresh in front of your eyes.
The hotel location is fantastic - allows you to have relaxing days within the complex or just a short bus ride away you can explore the old city and the surrounding islands.
I'm sure I shall return one day! Lovey hotel with a fantastic location and brilliant staff!response / report this review -

Very friendly and helpful staff in this hotel. The location was outstanding. Watching the sunset and sunrise, seeing the boats go by and the beautiful Adriatic Sea with its picturesque islands nearby. The rooms were well apportioned, the bathrooms were spacious and had all the amenities one would need. The rooms had a love a balcony with lounging chairs that you could relax on. Beautiful walkable areas, hills, beaches, hotels and restaurants nearby. To get to the heart of the city there is a convenient bus nearby that begins and stops at the hotel.The internet connections (WiFi) was excellent here. I would recommend and stay in this property again.

Fabulous place, wonderful staff, super good food. I've loved it! Ultimate in spoiling oneself! I've gotten a bit sick to my stomach and the staff and waiters ran around and did all they could to make me feel more comfortable and well.

What a awesome experience. Service is exceptional! Everyone is so polite, friendly and professional! The breakfast was so fresh and delicious! Amazing amazing views! Prices are so reasonable! One of the best hotel experiences I've had. I will definitely be back again! Thank you Croatia for being so good to us!
