Nice clean airy rooms. Good friendly staff, tho porters can be slow especially if big groups are staying here. Weird configuration with steps going up to rooms like a mezzanine Quite exhausting if you have to lug your bags.

Unfortunately this hotel is let down by a few of its staff. The girl on Reception named "Giarda" has a bad attitude and should not be working on the front desk. She forgot to book our trip, and after waiting in vain for the coach to arrive, we had to trudge back to the hotel, only for her to try to blame the tour company (who we had already rung and who told us they had not received any call or booking from the hotel). Another older man from Reception joined in and started arguing with us (well built, glasses, greying hair), trying to say that we should take it up with the tour company. I said that it was the hotel's responsibility, especially as the Receptionist hadn't bothered to book the trip! There was then much rolling of eyes, and scoffing at us from behind the desk between the two of them, which was probably worse than the delayed trip. The male receptionist eventually agreed to give us one of the places complimentary, but only after they had both argued, and scoffed at us.
Also, the older woman waitress in the dining room has a bad attitude. She ignored us when she found out we could only speak English and made us wait so long that we had to ask another waiter to take our order and serve us. She then made faces and loud sarcastic remarks as she passed our table whenever we tried to get her attention.
Such a shame that these members of staff are allowed to behave like this towards their clients, spoiling an otherwise good hotel.response / report this review -

Lovely hotel with spacious and comfy rooms, always tidied wonderfully ready for the afternoon return to the room. Perfectly located next to the sea, but with pools for those that don't like the water salty. Staff have been lovely and helpful when asked. Great

Amazing hotel . Well looked after. Fantastic staff. Buffet a little dull after a few days and food is not always hot. Watch the chamber maids as they don't do an amazing job. Kreso is the highlight of the holiday. Find him at reception. Get a room with a view. Eat out at night in the old town at LANII ,beats the hell out of others and the dull hotel food. Stay out the way from noisey Americans who are on conferences. Enjoy

As of mid April 2017, half the hotel is a building site so I'm not sure why they're open for business. Quite amusing to see myself and 20 other guests relaxing by the pool while heavy drilling is taking place a few meters away though.
When the hotel's finished it would be an ok place for a family holiday, the kind where you don't really intend on leaving the hotel as it's a little resort of its own and quite far away from town.
With a couple of nice exceptions, the staff emit the over-exaggerated enthusiasm of staff who are probably threatened with unemployment if a single customer reports that they didn't feel like it was their absolute pleasure to be doing their job.
Personally I'd prefer a smaller hotel in/near the centre than this thing.

The reception at the hotel was great, with good and professional organisation of our conference. The hotel area was very clean and looked after, and all equipment was good and modern.
The bar and restaurant at the sea was perfect, with great view and very easy access to the sea during the day.
The staff was always polite and helpful, making me feel very comfortable.response / report this review -

Very confortable hotel with lots of services and good facilities (it has spa, gym, pool, seawater pool, indoor pool), Private beach and which provide many services to the guests (car rental, book excursions). Very peacefull but well located, near Lapad Bay and next to a bus stop do the Old Town

Would have been five stars but stay slightly tainted by the construction work nearby and refurbishment work not quite finished in some places (e.g. hotel bar not stocked yet)
