Pretty decent hotel with basics. Since it was a work trip, I stayed on 19th floor in a single bedroom. Air-conditioning is excellent. Walls are good as my room was very quiet. Bathroom facilities are good but the sit-down toilet is close to the washing sink. Location of hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Islamic Center (for muslims). Overall, I like the place.

New selected service hotel by Regal, pretty good if you are not looking for luxury. Room are clean and spacious enough while reasonably priced if you book early and direct.

It's clean, smoke free and cozy with rather large rooms and a gym. The only knock on this otherwise great place (primarily because of its location) is that it only has a limited breakfast buffet. I still would return here often because the staff is courteous and for the 24/7 coffee!

Very clean central located hotel in Want Chai. Rooms are large and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. No amenities, except self service laundry and lounge.

Stayed here for 4 nights in early November 2017. This is a no frills hotel and the best possible example of what a no frills hotel should be like. Impeccably clean room, amenities in the bathroom, comfortable bedding. The common areas were brightly lit and well maintained. The complimentary coffee and tea provided at the ilounge is a nice touch. The location is outstanding. For foodies, several of HK's best-known affordable eats are within 5 minutes' walking distance - Joy Hing, Sun Kee cheese noodles, Honolulu Cafe.

The hotel itself is okay except for the part where we had bed bugs in both rooms. I got multiple bites along with my sister and parents. They did let us change our room and gave us a free bottle of wine with medicine for the bites. Overall an ok hotel I recommend to stay for 1-2 nights max.

Easy in easy out, clean decent size rooms (for HK). Regularly get upgraded here. Not amazing for tourists as not many facilities. Often minor problems in the rooms like leaks in the sink.

Hi,

I stayed here last year and was very impressed with the size and layout of the room and it's facilities. The room this year was looking a bit tired, with scuff marks on the walls and the foldout suitcase table almost hanging off the wall. The shower could have also done with a bit of a deep clean. The staff are very helpful and my only comment other than the state of the room is that an earlier check in would be good. Overall my stay wasn't up to the standard of last years but still good for the price.
