Oh well, the staff should learn how to serve the customer. Anyhow the hotel is located in the best place, near by the station. Only 3 min walking distance and surrounded by store and resto, easy to find food

This is the size of room you pay for more than S$250/night in Hong Kong Mongkok area, not worth it at all. Should just shop here but check in to hotel over in Shenzhen, pay a fraction of it but have the size upped a few time.

Very very reasonable price especially in the urban area nearly next to the metro station. The room is not the luxury one, the useful, clean and efficiency for the traveller who want to have the budget as low as possible.

Good and affordable place to stay in Hongkong. The hotel located at at the heart of Jordan street. It is close to MTR station, night market and surrounded by so many famous resto.

Centrally located. Nice reception staff. Rooms are bit small but business people it's fine. Very clean rooms and ailes and lifts.

Recommend to book Premier executive Twin bed room and you'd get double-double bed. Comfortably sleep for family of four. Room size is around 23-24m2.

Rate is reasonably cheap for this size of room in Hong Kong. No complaints so far.

Location is just less than 1 minute walk from Yau Ma Tei Station exit C. Lots of restaurants around this hotel for breakfast and late supper.

Our room was very clean and quiet even though facing the road. The location is superb, MTR, bus, airport bus, and a lot of food to choose from. Had stayed in other hotels in HK prior to this one, but will definitely stay here again.

Nice tidy hotel in middle of busy Hong Kong. Near the ports to macau, 50m from mrt, 10m from temple street, lots of food , banks and local shops all from the door step

Stayed here for 2 nights our first room (standard double) is very small. Like if you put your cabin size luggage on the floor you will have no space to step on.. Bathroom is very tiny. We upgraded to a deluxe room and it's a little bit bigger but it smells horribly.. Definitely not worth the price we paid for. Male receptionist in the lobby is not helpful and not friendly at all. Avoid this hotel.
