Outstanding front desk service!!!
I came back from my afternoon run.
The lady at the front desk handed me a bottle of water that I really needed with out me asking for it.
Location was perfect for us.
Hong Kong Happy Valley Jockey Club is right door.

Five star for location and affordability, three star for bathroom set up and some furnitures are lack of maintenance. There should be more counter top space and more towel racks in the bathroom. The pocket wifi is slow responding, I think the modem will go to sleep mode after stop surfing for a while, have to wait for it to wake up when I want to resume surfing.

Really terrible hotel experience. Room toilet didn't flush. Carpet and wall saturated by flooding. Complained to get room change. Hotel itself, taxi drivers couldn't find it at all even with address from the hotel. Noisy corridors in the room. Although great view over the racetrack.

Its very conveniently located with restaurants, bakery and convenience shops all within walking distance. Can walk through the fresh food market to lead to Causeway bay MTR. Counter staffs are very helpful. Amazed at the arrangement of the room. It felt very spacious despite having a small room size. Everything you will need is provided. However, cleaning needs to be improved. Room feels dusty even with air purifier inside the room. Saw dirty corners in the room.

Very convenient. Clean and good service. After long-day work, I 'd like to have foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat in Happy Valley. To my great surprise, I have seen so many foreigners enjoying Zenxes. Very professional and modern. I feel totally refreshed.

Well located, near the subway. Clean, good views from top floors, really efficient staff. Full of nice details. Fully-featured smartphone to be used outside the building.

It's clean, and staffs are very friendly. You can borrow all sorts of electronics from the hotel. You can even borrow a mobile phone for local calls and internet access, free of charge! Even though the room is small, but the smart design still allow it to accommodate a decent sized desk, wardrobe and a safe. Same goes with the bathroom, has everything without being cramped at all. The only drawback, for me at least, is that it's located in a extremely crowded and noisy neighborhood. Lots great places to dine though!

It is a nice hotel. It seems a little bit old but acceptable. The rooms are quite small and cleanliness level nearly average. The staff are good and helpful most of the time. The location is good, MTR stations are 5-10 min walk. After all it is an average hotel and does not encourage me to stay at it again.

Had a very enjoyable stay. So central and easy to pivot from the city's coolest districts. Nice views, cozy rooms, helpful staff and service (fluent in English/Chinese and other languages). Phone and portable with the room! Solving many tourist problems!

Convenient location: close to tram, MTR, bus and great local eateries. The rooms are OK (spacious & clean; very comfortable beds) but noisy: you can really hear the streat noise.

The first thing which needs to be changed - it's a very slow elevator.
The location and price are good.
Ask for heater at reception if you feel cold at winter - inside the room a/c does not work for heat.

Good hotel with reasonable prices (when booked through booking aggregator sites) , although room deco have seen better times. There's a smartphone with guide app/ free data (can be used as a hotspot)

Quite spacey and clean room. Top up a few dollars and you can borrow portable wifi router with unlimited internet, powerbank, and some useful items. Good hotel.

Very nice boutique hotel. Housekeeping is good. Provided with a Handy phone where local calls and Internet is unlimited. Can even buy attraction tixs from the handy phone.
