A good quality hotel within a short walking distance of one of the underground stations. Rooms are well equipped, good sized and spotlessly clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is buffet style with a good range of foods, both Asian and European on offer. Step out of the door and you are in the area of an abundant number of shops selling various products and reasonably priced restaurants. We look forward to our return visit!

4Star hotel in the heart of the busy Tsim Sha Tsui area. Has few family rooms and lot of standard rooms. Slightly overpriced for the services offered.

had an unusual stay; the main console that controls the lights/temperature malfunctioned, so some lights turn on without pressing the on switch. the A/C also shuts down even if you didn't turn it off. the hotel offered a new room. besides that, the hotel is generally nice and quiet, with a good location.

Location is great. It's close to a lot of small shops and is very near to the avenue of the stars. Of the 3 rooms my family got, mine had a couple of small cockroaches. Spotted maybe 2-3 during our stay. The other rooms were clean enough.

Additionally, the hotel allows smoking inside the rooms. Ours had a strong residual smell. Take what you will of that. If you're a smoker then you'll appreciate it. Me, not so much but it wasn't that bothersome.

Very clean, and very interesting for the hotel to loan you a cellphone with a local number so you can connect with your friends while you are there easily. Awesome for business travellers. It's also has a larger than usual room compared to most hotels in HK. I'm impressed with it and hope they will continue with their competitive prices too.

Now this has been said ample of times but I must say it againthey offer a smart phone with internet connectivity and free international calling! I don't think any other facilities offered by a hotel can trump this. The room was spacious and clean.
They had placed cards in our room to nominate smile ambassador or something to that effect from amongst the staff. I couldn't fill that out as I had to leave in a hurry but every single person in the staff was very courteous.
It's centrally located with the harbour just across the road, the market all around and has good connectivity with the metro.

Nice clean place with best location possible. Rooms are good and specious per Hong Kong standards.
Lot of veg food around and near from and mtr station.
Very friendly staff. I surely recommend this hotel in HK.

The environment there is very comfortable. However The food offered at lunch buffet needs to be improved a lot if Park Hotel wishes to customers than they have at the moment.

Large Rooms, Great location, great service.
Managed to get a promotion price amidst the Golden Week in Hong Kong. Service staff are helpful when asked about the local eats. Location is close to MTR and alot of good food. Rooms are cleaned everyday with top notch standards. Wifi is free and rooms offered hong kong serviced phones which made my trip so much easier without having to purchase my own 4g. Price is high but worth the price.

One of my hotels of choice in Hong Kong. There are bus stops just outside the hotel. Not too far from the subway too. Taking a taxi is also very convenient. The breakfast selection wasn't bad but still be improved.

The place is centrally located within walking distance of shopping eating and the mass transit railway system. Each room is also provided with a handy phone using which free calls can be made to many countries which is a bonus as you don't need to spend on a new sim card in a new place. The rooms are kept clean , services are prompt , all the staff are very helpful and smiling . Breakfast spread is good too.

Good value hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui district of Hong Kong. Great place if you want to buy suits or shirts nearby. They provide guests with a free local cell phone to use while staying at the hotel.
