Great location as it is surrounded by lots of shops and malls with 24 hours supermarket. Vibrant environment. But hotel does is not stroller and wheelchair friendly. Hotel room size was small but enough for me, my wife and my 2 year old son. Staff was very nice and polite but reception counter processes was a little slow but not much hassle.

When we got to the hotel, it took at least 15 mins to get us checked in. Inside our room we found a note on the table that informed us that pest control was fumigating our room TODAY and the last 3 days. For what, I don't know, but I have heard bedbugs are not uncommon in Hong Kong. We were woken up at 7am by insanely loud drilling and hammering. Our air conditioning did not work, so we called the front desk and the engineer came to the room and "fixed" it by angling the vents downwards lol. The room was very dirty, brown chunks in the bathtub, literal dirt on the walls, window and floor. I only give this 2 stars because they switched our room the next day after we complained constantly, however the new room was just as dirty, and the fruit in the "welcome" bowl was all moldy.

the i tried to book, site said credit card is not working. they deducted money even without booking from my credit card. not a reliable/safe hotel.

Amazing service, excellent location, beautiful rooms
We got a room on the club level and it had a free mini bar which was stocked everyday.
When we checked in we were greeted with bottle of wine and chocolates.
They have a lounge where you can wait till your room is ready, which is completely stocked with drinks, snacks etc.response / report this review -

Staff was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast had great variety. Room was clean and amenities were very nice. Wish the TV had more channels, but that's obviously not a priority.
