If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Good location, free shuttle bus from Kowloon Station and value for money. Breakfast was good as well. Only downside is the hotel is relatively old and in need of revamping

This isn't the first time I'm staying in the Holiday Inn Golden Mile. The main attraction of this hotel is the location, very close to the banks and commercial area. Shopping also is very convenient. The property is a little old, but the upkeep is good. One major problem I faced during this stay was that the air conditioning blowers were very noisy. The management should pay more attention to these irritants, and guests wouldn't have occasions to complain.

Foods are delicious and also there are so many food variety. Our room is pretty little but comfortable enough. Staff are helpful, friendly and quick. Location is perfect it is nearly middle of the Hong kong. You can find everything in any prize around the hotel also close to the metro and bus stations. Arriving from the airport is easy just get on A21 and get off the 14.station. However it is a bit expensive though.

Original room given to us was smelly reeking of cigarettes, hotel said it was a non-smoking room, but we asked for change of room anyway. The rooms here are old and poorly finished, not worth what we paid for. Strongly not recommending this hotel.

I like this place. Very accessible and very friendly staff. They gave very interesting details on where to go and where to buy certain things. Clean also although needs upgrade of design.

I have been staying here for more than 10 years. Its right on the main road with MRT and buses a few steps away. Shopping galore. The hotel has restaurants and a great bar. Rooms are good. Best place to stay in HK

Great location. One of the most popular place to put up a few nights in Hong Kong as the prices are reasonable and all you need is to cross the road to go to the MRT STATION. How much more convenient can it get? Lot a of good food and desserts around the area. We definitely enjoyed the nights we explore nearby places within walking distance.

Located in the heart of the tourist district with easy access to many shopping centres and restaurants. Rooms are good size, make sure you book at the executive floor. Excellent buffer breakfast with many options.

Large room (a rarity for Hong Kong), helpful staff, super clean, nice bars and restaurants, and best of all a complimentary local mobile phone that we were free to take around all of Hong Kong with us. Not having to cache everything we might need or mess around with a local sim for a short stay was amazing. I wish more hotels did this -- best unexpected add-on ever! :)

Great location that can't be beat. Staff doesn't look friendly most of the time until you approach them. They are all very helpful though. The hotel is a bit on the older side but the try to keep it as clean and maintained as possible. The air in our room is always humid so we had to turn down the temperature all the time. When using the shower, the water temperature fluctuated a lot even if we didn't move the handle at all. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

This hotel has a fantastic location and very helpful staff. However the rooms need a refresh with the AC being unpredictable at times. In the last 3 times I've stayed here this year, I always had to complain about the AC.

My daughter and her friend have just checked in to Holiday Inn Golden Mile. They booked and paid for an executive room MONTHS ago but when they arrived found they had been placed in a deleuxe room. The only form of compensation offered was a 3 hour extension to their check out time. The girls have saved for ages to do an upmarket stay in Hong Kong and had been so excited about this trip. Now only an hour or so into the trip and they are feeling like it has been ruined. Aside from that this hotel has no right to take a booking and payment so far in advance of the stay and then not provide the room level that the girls have paid for. Very disappointing Holiday Inn.

Excellent location. A very busy hotel with tourists and business travelers. Good for families. Excellent concierge service. Rooms are very old though. Get an executive room. It's worth the extra money.

We stayed there in 2016, two adults and two kids. It is nice hotel, perfect location as I know Kowloon well. Not far from Tsim Sha Tsui, easy to get to metro station, can visit Kowloon Park, museums, harbour and so on. It is not far from main street but also not too noisy. We didn't have breakfast, but around you can find some restaurants. Good location to feel Hong Kong atmosphere. Service also very nice, helpful. We left postcard at reception, but it arrived Europe after few months.

The room cleanliness could have been improved. Been there with family & our room was upgraded to a bigger room but the room was a bit dirty & smelly with cigarette smoke. Then, we change room & got a better one but still need air freshener. Breakfast buffet was decent. They have vegetarian option as well.

Good hotel in the heart of the city.
Their breakfast selection was lavish and quality of food was up to the mark.
They have an open top pool and a gym with basic equipments.
The concept of 'handy' smartphone in the rooms to assist the tourists was quite interesting.
    Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure staying at the hotel last month and dealing with the very efficient and friendly staff, particularly Janet (front-desk) and Martin (bellhop). While renovations were going on, the guests felt safe, secure and well-taken cared of throughout the process of checking in and out temporarily on the second floor. The place was incredibly clean and quiet although the hotel is located in one of the busiest part of Kowloon. Rest assured that I will be back very soon.

Holiday Inn Golden Mile is a nice hotel. In the heart of TST, the location is excellent. Staff is professional, and service is on the high end for the Holiday Inn brand. However, the rooms are priced similar to some nearby luxury hotels, yet the experience falls short of those standards. Note on the room decor. Most of the hotel has updated rooms with exception of the smoking floor which is badly in need of similar updating.

Currently they are renovating the lobby, so lots of construction on premises and check in lobby has taken the space of Harry's Bar temporarily. No major problem and should be complete in December. Just some small inconvenience and not a very impressive entrance through the construction zone for the time being.

Would give 4 stars of the price was more in line with the quality of the brand.
