One of the best location for a 4 stars hotel. Got a free upgrade to the 29th floor with ocean view. 2 mins to MRT exit. Another 10 mins walking to the MRT!
A nice place to stay with a very good accommodation. Accessible to subway station and likes.
This hotel has one of the best locations and access. Rooms are reasonable sized and amenities are good.
The area around the hotel is superbly live with pubs, restaurants and shops. For a business travel or otherwise, this can be a recommendation without a second thought.
Clean and spacious rooms. Polite staff. Exceptional service.
The location was excellent but the room could have been cleaner and the staff were quite rude. The views from the garden on the 40th floor was good though.
Nice place, but rooms should be renovated soon. Room size a little smaller than written on website. Sadly the good view is getting blocked by new constructions
Public areas have free WiFi but paying guests must pay for it. Sink was broken so we had to use the bath tub in order to brush our teeth. No universal / usb plugs in rooms. Concierge was great, however.
Excellent location - Nathan Rd and train station both conveniently close. Great views from the Skydeck of the River and Hong Kong island. Restaurant was nice and the room cleaned very nicely. Great bathroom. Only qualm is no wifi in your room, lobby only.
Excellent service. If you have the chanse to take an upgrade - do it. This will, hopefully, give you acccess to the top restaurant which is a world better then their basic feeding station(avoid if possible) at the bottom. The rooms was as clean as you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Very helpfull staff.
Great location, easy access to metro and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Value for money, good location, the room is OK but unfriendly staff
Nice view of the city on upper floor. Good location, near local shopping area and department store.
A 3.5 star hotel thst is beginning to show its age. Spectacular harbour view only if you stay on executive floors. Excellent location
Nice view of the city. Great breakfast options. Somehow missing a 14th floor
Great Hotel to Stay in Koolon Area, good price and is it very near to a lot a local attractions
Good 4* hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. Get a room with at least a partial view of the harbour, those facing the city are not that good. Every room has a complimentary Handy, a smartphone with 4g data connection that will help you getting around the city, very helpful if you don't have a data plan on your phone. WiFi ok.
Couple of technical issues in an otherwise good experience. Couldn't access the room with the key card. Took almost an hour for the front desk to resolve that. Then followed by the courtesy phone that can't be use. Another 2 hours before they finally resolved the issue.
Hotel panaroma is 1 of the worst i stay ever. experience very bad,
Staffs have no manner to talk with customers, having too much ego- rude behaviour
They charged US $200 for upgrade room & gave lower class very small room..check in time was 2pm & gave room by 4.30pm
They charged for 2years kid breakfast by us & don't allowed me to have my breakfast too, they charged for 2 towel for cleaning dollar 500, bell boy ask for heavy tip.
Rooms are very small & food in is also not good in their restro
Advice every tourist plz search any other hotel near by panaroma very good hotels around & cheaper too
Thanks & be carefull
nice clean rooms and great breakfast whic i would recommend. views at the top are sensational take some food and drinks up top and enjoy the view
value for money business hotel , in a very convenient location and very well connected. courteous staff . a poor entrance
Decent accommodation, clean and tidy. Good views from upper floors. The local neighbourhood is not fancy, but it's bustling and fun. Super easy access to TST metro station.
Still good views on the rooftop, but big construction going on that will block most other floors. Rooms are bigger than typical HK size
Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Opted for the Club Room option which gave you a higher floor with guaranteed harbour views. It was a little bit more expensive but I highly recommend it!! The room was large and spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Oh the pillows. Memory foam ones and I had amazing night's sleep - which is usually very difficult for me in hotels. The Club Rooms get you an express check-in on the 39th floor, via the bullet lift with views of the harbour. Breakfast is included in the Ava Restaurant slash Bar on the 38th floor. Good selection of buffet hot, cold, local and western foods. On my 1st morning I had a lovely gentleman called Tom who worked at the hotel sit with me at Breakfast - initially I feared he was going to give me some timeshare rubbish, but he was so helpful giving me tips on what to do in HK. You also get access to a lounge on the 39th floor, which provides tea and coffee all day, but also between 17:30-20:30 you get hot/cold snacks and booze! All included in your room. If I ever come back to HK (fingers crossed!), I would definitely stay here again. Fabulous.
Nice modern hotel in an excellent location. Mobile phone is provided with free calls and Internet but lack of in room WiFi
Really nice hotel in the middle of Hong Kong. Very affordable and the beds are comfy. Would definitely consider this hotel if I come back to Hong Kong.
