Clean and spacious, not too expensive, seafood is fresh, staffs are friendly. Better to sit at the bar to watch the chefs working. But yet to improve their selection of sake. Will be nice to have good sake to go with sashimi.

Good solid 4 star. Great dim sum 200 mtrs down street, also fancier one directly across, with great view Good breakfast A/C works better than any place in PRC.

Bigger room than other hotels nearby. We received very quick room service. One day there was smell in room, they changed the room without any hassle. Will definitely stay again.

The Food Therapy was Chef's signature dishes for Feb. A must eat for fine diners.

Amazing location with convenient restaurants, and money exchange places. Service is of an expected level and the room was amazing. Certainly would recommend. The location is based in a tourist location however, and shopping may be expensive and going to value locations may require distant travel. Good news however, a station is less than 10 minutes away

Great location, decent sized rooms. Rooms are clean and facilities are satisfactory. Definitely a good option when visiting HK. The only thing that’s not to my liking is I find the beds too firm. But otherwise everything else is okay.

Very comfortable and nice hotel to stay. Strategic and convenience location for tourist who like to ease to get foods and walking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station-P2 exit. Only drawback is, each room only allow two devices for free connection to their WiFi.

Not too close to tsuim sa tsui, will require 10min walk to get to city center. Service is excellent, rooms are nice and clean. Make sure to remember to bring a USB plug. They do not have any you can borrow.

Great location, great rooms! Highly accessible to nearby train station approximately 10 mins easy walk from hotel to station. Concierge service is great and hotel staff speaks good English! At the doorstep of the hotel there are plenty of food options. Bed is pretty hard and pillows too soft but overall sleeping comfort is ok. Would i stay here againYes!

Great location close to shopping and Victoria Harbour but the hotel is very old. Rooms are decent size but bath room are small. Some renovation has been done but still there are much better options around for similar price range.

The best hotel accommodation we have ever had in Hong Kong. The front office staff on arrival were perfect and the Executive Club Room staff managed by Sinis Yu and her team with special thanks to Brian and Franchesca who made our time here just PERFECT.
We will return and book immediately.
Thank you again for ever thing.

Traditional Chinese upscale hotel. Service and food was good. The hotel could use a little tlc but I would still recommend it as a Chinese hotel chain. Breakfast eggs are made to order, morning salad bar. Indian food and English breakfast and of course Chinese food selections.

Elevator access is controlled by room key. Room had plenty of amenities outlets, desk, flat screen with multiple English speaking channels. Views were not available. Hotel is located on a open mall area. The restaurant selection was excellent.

Had issues with bell stand to bring down the bags and order a cab. Kept saying I had to be in the room to pick up the bags but no had to go down to ask for bell boy. Decide to bring my own bags down, bell stand then asked for cab and gleefully placed my bags in the cab to airport. Told 300. Hong Kong dollars to airport after extras bags charge 6, tolls etc 357.00 about 45 American (seemed reasonable ) .

All in all if you want to try a Chinese speaking hotel this is the one. The Intercontinental and other American brands were near by.

This hotel has ancient facilities. Bathrooms are in serious need of modernisation. All bathrooms are of the bathtub type with a shower rose. There is a 2 feet wide sliding glass panel that acts as the shower screen/curtain. You have to choose a side of the bathroom floor to keep dry because the end that is not protected by the glass will soon get wet. When we asked if they could switch us to a room with a detachable shower head, they sent an employee to unscrew the head of the shower rose & screwed on a shower head with a hose. The shower head did not have a mount or a rail so it just hung from the wall to the floor. You will have to hold it in your hand throughout your entire shower & accomplish washing your hair with your free hand. Also, there is mould all around the tub.

I did not like how the person who was checking us in keep telling us to upgrade our rooms because ours would be very small, we had the medium rooms around 24-26m2 and not too small at all. We had a nice view to the back side of the hotel where there wasn't massive traffic. Doorman always ran to get the door for me when he saw me come, cleaning ladies were great as well. Leaving us newspapers and new bottles of water every day. We stayed here for nearly two weeks. I enjoyed it a lot.

I had issues checking in and was helped by Yoyo, one of the senior staff, who was professional, efficient, and went far beyond the call of duty. My husband and I have stayed at the HK airport Regal at several occasions over the past 10 years and the Regal staff never disappoint. Thanks Yoyo!

The hotel has a good location and the room was very clean. But the staffs in the front desk were not friendly and not respect us, he didn't look at us when he talked with us. Very rude. He was a bellboy. I didn't remember the name. He need to learn how to behavior to the guests.

I called the cake shop and ordered a birthday cake for 2 of my girls friends and asked them to write a happy birthday message on the cake. the quoted price after their discount offered by them, (I did not asked for one), was 489 dollars, supposedly to be 2 lbs. When I got there, a young man, patisserie personnel? took out the cake and showed it to me, the same size cakes in the cooler fridge was priced at only around 250 dollars. I knew I should not have called and ordered.
And then the young man charged me over 560 or so dollars and I said, it was quoted as 400 something, how did it become so much more, he then said the 2 inch piece of chocolate with my friends's name on it is extra, the little candle and plastic cake cutter is extra.
He went on to say if I insist on the 400 something price, he could remove the chocolate plate, candles etc, knowing perfectly well that I ordered the cake specifically for friends' birthday. His attitude really stinks! Carrying on with a wicked smirk, Finally when he saw that I was really crossed, he then agreed to just charge me the originally quoted price.
