Staff was amazing and so helpful, a great stay, I was really pleased with the low price and high quality service that I got for it!
They made quarantine pleasant That's saying a lot
We stayed at The Sheung Wan in December 2019 before the rebranding (formerly Mojo Nomad Central) and had the most wonderful time. The location is just perfect to explore Hong Kong and the rooms are stunning. A big plus are the washing machines especially if you’re planning to stay longer or are in between trips. The restaurant with the outside counter was great to have breakfast or a drink and watch the hustle and bustle on Queen’s Road.
A big thank you to the wonderful staff at this hotel. Without them our experience wouldn’t have been the same. From the warm welcome to helping us with storing luggage for a trip to Japan they went above and beyond to help us. Customer centricity at its best. We’ll definitely be back!
The room was on the cozy side but it's clean and includes everything you need. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. During my 2 weeks here, Aki and other members from the reception had called multiple times to check up on my wellbeing, and offered help when needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
Hi there. Wanted to give Mojo Nomad a try since it looked fresh and youthful. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. One small issue though - There are tiny red and green lights in the room (probably sensors of some sort) that remain switched on throughout the night. This affects me when I am trying to sleep. If something could be done about them, I do not doubt that the experience would then be flawless.
Very nice! Even though the rooms are really small, I sadly think this is what you can expect from Hong Kong. They do make up for it in other areas! Free water, free gym, free laundry and a breakfast buffet! I'd stay here again, if the opportunity arose.
Love noho in HK. Free self laundry, free mini bar in he room. Excellent location with 5 min from Japanese food district and party streets.
Though it's a bit tougher to get to by foot, love the hotel. Offers freebies in the room and the room is actually big enough to have your suit cases opened!! (Not something you can do in all HK hotels.)
Great location. Nicely furnished rooms, if small but it is HK. Nice touches like gift bag and mini bar with beers adds a little extra. Comfy bed. We were on the 9th floor so a bit of road traffic sounds but not too bad. Great reception staff who were very helpful.
Chic, clean, cozy, and really, really small. My room is just a queen bed, a small toilet with shower stall, and a small foyer that doubles as a wardrobe, bar and study. “The wardrobe” is actually a high strung bar with a few clothes hangers, and it’s strung so high (to save on space) that it’s is out of reach of most adults. To hang or retrieve a piece of clothing, you need to pull a lever than pivots the hanger bar down towards you so that you can reach it. Other than the size, I have got only praises for this hotel. Summary: you get what you pay for.
Small but clean and nice place with cozy working space on level 2. Customer service is excellent too. Free drinks and tibits!
What can I say. It's a clean hotel. Customer service is on point. Rooms are small obviously for the price you cant complain. Mcdonalds across the street is a plus because there open 24 hours. Perfect for those late night binges. Easy access to metro, means easy access to Hong Kong life.
Really an exceptional hotel experience. Booked an emergency same-day stay and they were super accommodating, even though I showed up at 11am. Rooms were some of the best I've stayed in overseas, and I was really happy with the entire experience!
We just want to take the time to share our experience as we feel that this hotel really deserves a high rating for its category: despite its small size (which did not bother us at all), the room was just perfect for us: it has everything it needs and the bed was amazing; very nice design; great shower and good hygiene products. No noise from the street (24th floor); a bit when the neighbours get home but really ok. Of course it is very nice to have the minibar included and access to the reception lounge to get e.g.one marshollow or a coffee/soda at any time. More important, the staff was very efficient at check in and check out and that one guy was just great to handle our medical emergency by being a real support himself and directing us to the right place. Location is perfect: we accessed hotel on foot from Airport Express (with just 1 suitcase)and it was easy to visit places or go out for a drink in the evening-mostly on foot also.
The only downside according to us is the amability of the breakfast staff in the cafe where breakfast is served.
We would definitely recommend this hotel.
Super functional room design, those small size wasn’t a problem at all. Very thoughtful for all the service detail like : plug, bathroom & no charge on mini bar. 👏🏻👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First the hotel is in Sheung Wan, for me best location for Hong Kong bacause after few step go to central with lot subway line. Personal is smart and react fast. Great hotels!
Great service and room
Amazing staff, wonderful welcoming atmosphere. Happy hour with free booze and snacks every day. Absolutely loved it.
A small and nice hotel. The entrance is kinda hard to find. Room was small but clean and generally comfortable. Great location right in the heart of the city. However we found their comforter in our room 1403 was dirty under the cover. A small nuisance did hurt our experience a bit.
This is what a hotel sould be. Very friendly staff, tons of amenities, and a great contemporary look! I would stay here again in an instant.
Typical matchbox sized HK hotel room, has all amenities for the price. Biggest plus for us was the location.
Very good hotel! Good location! Good staff!
Compact hotel but we had a great experience. Mentos in the lobby!
Extremely wonderful hotel. Great service. Clean rooms (kinda small but i guess thats what I should have expected in Hong Kong). Really good american style breakfast was super helpful. We didn't have to worry about finding food that early. Free drinks, beer, and wine available at all times. And the hotel was extremely helpful in helping us find out how to get to different tourist locations in the city. For example, when we wanted to find a path to hike to Victorias peak the person at the front desk printed out a map for us and explained to us how to get there.
Great little hotel with a hostel feel but a hotel interior. Lovely to chat with fellow travellers at the free happy hour! We went for our honeymoon, and were given a card and bottle of sparkling wine from Ovolo. Was really nice of them. Rooms are a bit small, but is to be expected in Hong Kong!
Great hotel with excellent staff. Short walk from Soho. Excellent sleep hygiene and very clean and modern. Free Coca-Cola is icing on the cake.
