Reasonable price for the location next to amenities, public transportation like the subway, taxis - during the time i stayed. Was staying in this hotel for 10 nights, it was in 2008/2009 before the P.R China hosted the Olympics, an unforgettable Hong Kong, the temperature were 15-17 degrees during dusk.

The standard room was pretty spacious, rather well equipped place. The furnishings are a little dated though. Fantastic location and friendly staff!

Second stay within a week here was a little weird. Got “upgraded” to 20th floor, super used furnishing, prints on the vanity mirror etc. sure didn’t feel like an upgrade from 12th floor.

Good location, friendly staff, clean room with simple design. Washroom has no bidet. I'd stay here again next time esp when travelling alone.

Nice hotel for short stay. 7 mins walk to nearest metro station. 10 mins walk to Causeway Bay market. Good restaurant. Courteous hotel staff. I had a pleasant stay there.

Conveniently located in the heart of Wanchai with an easy access to the Hong Kong Airport Express by taxi and 500m away from a tram station.
The rooms are a little bit on the small side but they are simple and clean.
The check-in is an easy thing.
The breakfast is simple but well run.
Overall a no frills hotel option well located beween Admiralty and Causeway Bay.

A wonderful hotel to stay. The relaxed ambiance of the place was the most attractive fact for me. The service level was very high.
A recommended place to stay inside the city.

Wonderful hotel, amazing service. After meal, get on a tram to Happy Valley. I'd like to take foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat. Totally relax and enjoy. Very professional. Will come again for sure.

The lobby is beautifully calm, minimalistic and very clean. The ibis team are very professional and will cater to any need - they even hailed me a taxi and spoke to the driver to be sure I would get to the right station. The rooms are slightly retro and minimalist and very clean. Slight nod to the 70s with a modern colour palette.

Nice hotel in a convenient location and friendly staff. There is a shop right next door for snacks. The breakfast is great with lots of choices and a big dining hall. The workout room has several treadmills as well as elliptical machines and other machines as well. There is also a pool. This is my place of choice to stay in Hong Kong when I am attending conferences.

I have stayed at the Novotel in Wanchai many times over the past few years but I stayed with my wife on this occasion to watch the Australian football grand final and also to celebrate my wife's birthday.
I did not mention either events when booking a room for the weekend but to our surprise when we returned from dinner there was a birthday cake in the room with birthday wishes from the hotel staff. This personal touch was very much appreciated.

This is the best location in Hong Kong. You are close to everything and public transport. Walking distance to shopping electronic/ clothing/ jewellery/ restaurants and much more. Bring your children/husband/family along here or bring your business or bring your friends. This is a hotel for everyone. It nice and clean, but most important is the staff. They are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to be the best place in Hong Kong. Enjoy.

The quality of food at breakfast needs to improve. It was also very chaotic with everyone looking for seats on their own, instead of being seated by the waiting staff. The renovation at the lobby also affected the ambience badly. The front office staff was not helpful in accommodating my request for a higher floor.

Once again we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We enjoyed an excellent meal in Pepino's. Our room gave us access to the Executive Lounge, but we were rather disappointed to find that Sparkling Wine is no longer available, also felt that there should have been some cheeses and crackers for the evening session. Our room, although small had everything that we needed.

It was great to be a member of accorplus as silver member. Great hotel with warm staff. Should have some eye catching stuff at the lobby. No issue for the room.

Good location, not in the centre of the high tourist area. Easily accessible from airport train by free bus service. Room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Helpful staff.

We stayed at Novotel because I am an ACCOR Member and it's a trusted (3-4 star) brand.
The room, especially the bathroom was very small and dated, but overall quite reasonable for the price.
The Buffet was great as was the Italian restaurant. Note that some of the quite helpful staff couldn't understand my Australian English. You just need to be patient, or ask someone else for help/directions.

The downside was the renovations being done in the foyer, but can't be helped. The staff everywhere were wonderful as usual, and the food just fantastic. Our standout this time was Jessica on the 23rd floor in the Premier Lounge. In fact all the staff there were just wonderful. The Lounge itself is disappointing, but the staff brilliant. Our room was tiny but comfy and had all we needed. We will return again as we have in the past, close to everything and our home in HK,

It is Novotel brand but with IBIS hotels standards. Even though I'm a gold member and got upgraded to the premier floors but I still found the room and toilet very small which is not up to the normal Novotel standards. There was no view to my room. I would have preferred to stay at the less expensive IBIS in Hong Kong (I stayed there before) and enjoyed beautiful views.

    Service is good.

But the room is not sound proof!

I can hear Neighbour's talking and laughing and their WhatsApp ringtones. The creepy part is that those sounds are soooo clear as if it comes from you own phone.

Have to turn off aircon because it's making too much noise.

Location is ok but I'm looking slightly more than location and service in general.

Decent place. Rooms are being refurbished. Rooms and beds sometimes feel smallish. One could walk to central plaza and up to wanchai harbour pier in covered walkways..
