Good value, nice hotel. Bus stop for free airport express shuttle outside door. I had quick check in, but did see long queues at times due to insufficient staff. Tried to leave open card at check in, told not necessary, then had big hassles charging to room at breakfast. Buy breakfast at check in , cheaper deal than pre booking. Breakfast was ok,

Great location and easily accessible. Rooms are maintained well. Staffs came to check on our rooms when we left the do not disturb sign for 2 days.

Convenient location. First floor lobby is nice, but upstairs rooms are very old, walls are very thin. We often hear people outside of our door talking.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Cleaners were friendly, nice and does a good job. They will tried not to touch your personal items when cleaning and leave as you did.

Breakfast buffet was okay

Most of the staff understand and speak Mandrin, Cantonese and English.

The area is close to shopping, eating places and MTR transport.

Overall, I'm happy with my stay here and do recommend.

Quick service by the hotel staff. Well maintained and comfortable rooms. Has a mobile phone to make free local calls during your stay. Good breakfast buffet but not complementary (at 110 HKD).

Front desk staff was very helpful and informative. He was very enthusiastic when explaining the offers and promotion available. Rooms was spacious and there was a bathtub in almost every room. Heater was also available upon demand on first come first serve basis. There's also a Handy phone where guest could use their phone for the entire trip with unlimited data. Good for tourist without mobile data. would come back for future stays.

Though lacks choices of food, the tea buffet still has decent quality and comfortable atmosphere. Staff are helpful and sincere. A reasonable price with a reasonable buffet

Very nice hotel, rooms are large and had more than we expected in terms of size and amenities, bathroom clean with a large tub. We were upgraded to a nice suite which included a complimentary smartphone for free roaming internet during our stay. Very nice! Staff were friendly and all our needs were attended immediately. Location was perfect for shopping, restaurants, and night life. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location. Less than 2 minutes from Yau Ma Tei station. The staff are very nice and helpful. If you need anything in your room and call the concierge they'll deliver it within 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend. I'd definitely stay there again.

This is a very good hotel. Great location for Transfer to/from the airport: right at the express shuttle station. The room is clean and well equipped. A little small but typical in Hongkong. The reason it didn't get my 5 star was WiFi bandwidth is not enough in the evening.

I booked this hotel three months in advance for my September holiday through travel agent and found the was price quite reasonable . When I arrived at the hotel and found few small issues in the room. They sorted the problems promptly even at late night. This is a credit to the staff.

I am staying in the premium suite for last two days. I booked for a deluxe room but free upgrade to premium suite by the hotel staff when I checked in. It's really good and have lots of features. Got a smart phone with free calls to several counties, free internet access and Hotspot sharing. Many more I recommend this place..

Schon bei der Ankunft werden einem die Türen extra geöffnet und man wird freundlich zum Check-in geleitet. Die Eingangshalle ist geschmackvoll und gehoben eingerichtet. Der Service ist höflich und schnell. Das Doppelzimmer hat eine perfekte Größe für 2 Personen und besitzt ein tolles Ambiente. Das Bad ist modern eingerichtet und die Dusche sowohl mit Regendusche als auch mit einer Brause ausgestattet. Insgesamt liegt das Hotel schön in einem lebhaften Teil von Hong Kong. Sehr empfindliche Menschen könnte es zu viel Lärm sein, da dort öfter Fahzeuge mit Blaulicht entlang gefahren sind. Wir jedoch haben geschlafen wie 2 Steine in den bequemen Betten. Die Busse zum Hong Kong International Airport sowie zum Hafen fahren sehr häufig und es wird kein Umstieg benötigt. Der Service des Wäsche waschens ist vorhanden und das Hotel achtet sehr auf Maßnahmen für die Umwelt.

A hotel that is convenient located near a MTR station and a busy shopping street, though the rooms are a little small and oldish. But generally comfortable and affordable.

The facilities like the pool and gym, however, are shared with YMCA and tend to be slightly underwhelming compared to normal hotel pools and gyms. But overall the hotel is more than adequate to meet our needs during our stay.

Love the location of the hotel, it's so convenient for food, amenities and transportation. Most of the rooms have been renovated. Room sizes are generous compared to those around it and some rooms have quite good views. The hotel staffs are generally friendly and helpful.

Gay friendly hotel and our second Hong Kong holiday staying here. We will be back again in a few years to stay here again we like it so much. Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is excellent, right next to a metro station. We also enjoy shopping in the many geeky arcades along Nathan Road and plenty of good places to eat.
We upgraded our room and had a higher floor (less Street and building noise), a complimentary phone with data to use while out and about, plus a king size bed (however the mattress was very thin and hard compared to UK mattresses).
There are a couple of good restaurants in the hotel plus the YMCA next door (accessed via the hotel) allows hotel guests to use the gym and swimming facilities (if swimming you have to wear a swimming cap so either buy or borrow).
I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Hong Kong.

Nice location (2 min by walk from Yau ma tei station, very close to main street), professional staffs, clean room, and reasonable price. I booked Triple room which includes bath tube, hairdryer, coffee pot and etc. (Just feel lack of amenity brand and sea side view.) Strongly recommend this hotel.

I love this hotel. We booked the premier room and get a high floor room. The place is clean & spacious. Just a few minutes to the MTR. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I would totally return again.

Great hotel in a fantastic location right by yau ma tei metro (exit d) room was lovely and the staff were so helpful we couldn't have asked for more.
In case it's of interest they also have a free shuttle bus to and from kowloon station which is perfect for the airport express.

Fantastically renovated only months ago. You will never believe this is a YMCA hotel! Very reasonable, comfortable rooms, great restaurants, amazing breakfast buffet at unbeatable prices, right in the heart of Kowloon.

We stayed at Cityview for the duration of our stay in HK. Our family love this hotel! Very clean room and the staff are all helpful! We also enjoy the free handy phone to use and free dial to USA! This hotel is so convenient and great location for shopping and eating! Thanks Cityview and we will definitely come back.
