Hands Down - this Hotel is a Must Stay if you are in Hong Kong - pure luxury in the heart of a vibrating city!
We stayed for two nights at Upperhouse Hong Kong and we think we found our new most favorite place in Asia. We are still overwhelmed by the hospitality and the luxury in every detail of this hotel. If you want to experience true luxury combined with privacy and care you should definitely think about to stay at Upperhouse.
If you are just looking for a nice view over Hong Kong, you should check out the restaurant and enjoy a Sauvignon with a cheese plate at the cafe gray bar in the 50th floor with a breathtaking view by day or by night.

The best hotel in Hong Kong. Cafe Gray has an amazing view. Their afternoon tea set is one of my favorites in Hong Kong. Those scones are the best! The drinks at Cafe Gray are also unique and delicious.

Amazing place, amazing view, a MUST take for your wife or girlfriend, visit the 49th floor, enjoy the atmosphere with a cup of tea, or have dinner..

The rooms are fantastic, big bathroom, complimentary bar, great service in general and yoga session during the week end. Just missing a nice spa with a pool.

Best city hotel in the world. Why? Airport greeting and car service (with water and wi fi) is pitch perfect. Service is anticipatory and can handle nearly every request. Everyone you come across is proactive, polished, and represents the brand well. Good gym and easy access to the rest of HK via the house car or MTR from pacific place. This is modern luxury hospitality at its finest and I love staying here.

A boutique hotel in a skyscraper with beautiful view and top service.
You might not find a swimming pool but everything else is top 5 class with boutique chic. There is not doubt this is one of the coolest hotels in HK. The breakfast is great with good sets and the bar caffee Grey is city famous as a posh location for drinks at night.response / report this review -

Worse service I've EVER experienced. Couldn't take the wait after being circulated through every phone line with no one willing to help with any questions I had, so hung up. Seems like they've gotten too pretentious to care about good service. Better places in that area for better prices AND more importantly, service. Not worth the effort of clicking the book button.

A wonderful experience in general. The hotel itself is focused greatly in the design of the environment. Though beautiful, it can sometimes be not so practical. Take the shower for example, it is open and one side and if you are not careful you can end up flooding the whole bathroom. So be careful. However, the rooms are great, beautifully crafted and with pretty nice views. Perhaps it is not the view you'll get from Kowloon, but if you're planning on staying on the financial district it is a marvelous option. One of the best staffs I have ever met, very friendly and really helpful.

A paradise in HongKong,
Certainly my best stay in HongKong so far.
Great staff, friendly but efficient.
Beautiful design in the 70sqm room and open view over Victoria Harbour.
Wonderful rooftop restaurant and a "feel like home" living-room area with Art books, fireplace and all you need to relax.
The entire hotel is perfectly designed and I will certainly stay again with The Upper House.response / report this review -

Great staff that is always looking out for you and are extremely friendly, making the experience homely. The rooms are big and spacious and so is the bathrooms, everything is beautifully designed as well. This was a splendid experience through and through, highly recommended if you are considering.

This is the best hotel I will probably ever stay at. As an architect, I was in design heaven. And as a first time corporate traveler (who would never personally be able to stay in a place like this) I never once felt uncomfortable or out of place. Thanks to all the staff!
