I came here to spend the day at the SPA and expected I could workout before I spent my time at the SPA. I got to the hotel and they wouldn't let me workout or use the pool. I was very taken back as I have always been a Four Seasons supporter and was very enthusiastic about spending my last day in Hong Kong at their SPA. This experience has certainly changed my perspective of the organization. Still a beautiful hotel with wonderful service in isolation but they were not very accommodating. The only reason I didn't stay at the hotel was because I stayed with local friends.

Quiet. Sophisticated and the food is amazing. Despite waltzing past a lady whom apparently didn't wash her hair for days. That wasn't enough to dampen my foodie experience.

I stayed in a room on the 25th floor. It had a great view overlooking the harbour, this was undoubtedly the highlight of the room. This room itself was good with a comfortable bed and decently sized bathroom. It had a good desk although I wish it was window facing as you would be able to make the most of the great view. The buffet breakfasts are some of the best I have had, although I do realize that some people do not like Chinese food as much as I do. All in all this is a great hotel that I can recommend to anyone travelling to Hong Kong

Stayed only one night but must say that the rooms are fantastic and the ambience just incredible. Open the curtain and enjoy an amazing view outside. No complain regarding mattress and pillows and the bathroom bath and beauty products were elegant and of great quality.
The hotel bar was nice with a very good service although it did not feel that relaxing when sitting at the bar. The reason was that the staff was incredible busy (although i must say extremely efficient) and kind of running to be able and cope with the traffic.
Even everything great yet not possible to give a 5* reward since there exists better than that. But i must say among the best hotels i have stayed in.

Nice modern hotel. Located at one end of IFC mall and across the way from Pier 7 that you can catch the Star Ferry to go across to Kawloon. It is one of the best hotel locations in the Island side. As always, there are not too many things that may go wrong in a Four Seasons hotel.

The Four Seasons is beautiful, clean, and close to everything. The views are spectacular and the staff is friendly. They made my entire trip go smoothly as a first time visitor to Hong Kong.

A hotel with super good concierge service! The Spa at the hotel was full and the concierge recommended me and my friend to check a nearby spa called The Right Spot on Stanley Street. A amazing pick! Also gave us tips where to go to eat - we ended up going to Yi lok goose. Fantastic local food there!!

While I only met friends there for an afternoon tea, l really enjoyed my time at the Four Seasons. I'm a sucker for a comfy chair and strong AC so the hotel is aces in my books. Staff were attentive and the food was delicious.

Hotel staff efficient,When we check in hotel room(2room that link together)the other room there window,my room there no window quite stuffy ,we thought on the air con will be much more better but is warm air,so I call the receptionist and they explain to me ,so I ask them what can be done? I thought they Will turn the aircon to fan function ,to my surprise after 5-7 min someone knock at my room door ,I open the door and1 male staff carry 2 table fan ,really appreciate their service .Again if I going back korea for holiday surely book this Crown Park hotel again very good services and staff very friendly.

Came for unlimited buffet at 6.30 to 8.30. Buy a drink (coke is 70hkd) and eat cold meats, breads and buffet food. No dim sum or anything extravagant but solid fare you would get at a delicatessen. Cocktails and wine are pricey. Get to listen to live singers and bands. Very relaxed atmosphere.

A wonderful hotel; one of the very best. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with the bathroom being particularly large. The restaurant and bar are comfortable and surprisingly reasonable with respect to prices. The Blue Bar has a very good "small eats" menu and often it's the most convenient place to eat. The hotel is situated conveniently in Central and is very close to both IFC towers, the IFC mall and the businesses around Exchange Place. Public transport is extremely convenient, close to train and ferry. One can also walk to most places in Central very quickly.

Or stay at the four seasons was lovely. We stayed there for my sister's birthday and they gave us champagne, a small dessert, fruit, balloons and decorations. The beds are really comfortable and they offer different pillows and mattress toppers for those who prefer hard or soft or memory foam. The concierge goes out of their way to give you the information you want. The amenities are great and they provide you with pretty much everything you could possibly need.

Having a beer in the jacuzzi whilst looking out to the harbour, what a fantastic view! What a great pool! I like this hotel it makes you want to work harder to be able to afford a stay!

The staff here are excellent, they are on it!
