We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Hong Kong. Hotel staff were very helpful and allowed us to check into our room early on arrival. We would stay here again if we returned. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the MTR station which is very handy. If you are arriving on the MTR make sure you cross the bridge when you arrive!

Facilities are okay. Like their outdoor pool and bright color scheme of the rooms. Staff, especially those at check-in, are not the most friendly or helpful.

Very nice modern hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The rooms are too small for anything over a one or two night stop though as there is no cupboard space (apart from a tiny little one which is too high to be useful)There is a hanging rail under it to put stuff like jackets on. You couldn't hang long dresses or trousers on it. The bathroom is tiny but the shower is a decent size and the water pressure is good. The area isn't great and you will need to get down to Hong Kong Island for something to see. The nearest MTR station is a ten minute walk away but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to take you to a nearby station or right down to south Kowloon which has many restaurants and shops and very close to the ferry to Hong Kong Island.

Having dinner more than once, yummy classic steak set. Salmon is cooking well for our little one. Soup is great.
Too much tourist from China makes the environment too noisy. Staff there is nice and helpful. Hope more people will go and try the food at the lobby restaurant.

The rooms are small. WiFi and internet connection is slow and always disconnected - Needs lots of improvement. But the room is ok. For cable - not so much channel to choose from- only 20 channels and mostly local but they have 42inches led tv. Staff are friendly and accomodating but need more training as they have difficulty in understanding english. Bathrooms are small but clean. This is a nice hotel.

Undergoing renovations, I was on the top floor, and the rooms where spectacular. Very spacious for Hong Kong and Amazing looking.
The king bed, was an actual king, and NOT 2 singles smooshed together, YeY! Some of the most comfortable pillows I've ever had in Asia.
4 English tv channels which is also alot.
Great shower pressure. The provided tolietries where of a good quality. Housekeeping provided anything I needed not already in the room, charger, hairdryer, extra teabags.
The top floor also has computers, printers, a scanner and a conference room.
The hotel pool was empty for winter, but looked as if it would be great in summer.
I stayed a week, while my partner was in hospital, The staff went out of their way to help me at every occasion, the concierge made many calls for me, sent emails and faxes.
Although it's a little out of the way, the hotel has a shuttle bus to shopping, and transport, including to the airport.
The only downside was the breakfast in the hotel wasn't to my liking, the room service was hit and miss too, the only thing I really liked was the hamburger, which isn't my usual choice.
There was a 7eleven onsite, so I didn't starve.
I would stay again for sure. If it's close to where you need to be, I would definitely recommend the Dorsett.

Clean rooms located at a walking distance to Tai Wo Hau mtr station. Breakfast has a good spread. Hotel offers shuttle service to Kwai Hing mtr station and Disneyland. Convenient for business and leisure travelers. Airport and Hong Kong city center located within 25-30 mins by mtr.

We were there for afternoon tea (飲下午茶). The price is not the cheapest but the settings at the hotel is relatively more modern and cleaner than the usual tea house/dim sum restaurant (茶樓). Food comes just as quickly and the dim sum has the usual variety. Food tastes traditional and is up to the standards of the other tea houses.

Ideal hotel for business men or general tourists. They give you a smart phone to help navigate around Hong Kong and have hourly shuttle service to Kwai Fong MTR which takes you to Central or Lantau Island.

Has a 7-11 and a pharmacy right next door, and many food options are available within the 15-minute-walk radius. The bus stops and MTR stations are roughly 7-9 minutes walk, not to mention there is a free shuttle bus to Kwai Fong station and another to the airport that costs 95HKD per pax. The hotel seems to be particularly crowded in the late evenings when the Chinese tour groups check in, and sometimes they take a while to get used to the lifts since they require guests to tap their keycards before pressing the floor button. The rooms are spacious by Hong Kong standards with high ceilings. Everything is clean and decently maintained, though the housekeeper neglected to provide us with the usual complimentary water on both the day we checked in and the following day. The swimming pool is open from 8am till 6pm, and there is also a spa and a gym.

The room is good. Every room is given free phone for free calls and Wi-Fi hotspot. Have mini fridge, water heater to boil water. No microwave. Have safe. Clean toilet. They even have free shuttle bus to bring tou to mtr. Only downside is everyday have maintainance so 10am onwards very noisy.

Utterly rube shuttle bus driver in Dorsett Tsuen Wan. We were waiting for the shuttle bus at 6.15pm. When we approached him to check on the next departure time, he told us 7.30pm. He spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner and kept asking "what do we want to do". We decided to speak to the hotel concierge instead, we found out it's 6.30pm so we realized the driver just gave us wrong information and decided to waited at the lobby right in front of the pick up point. The driver and the concierge were both aware that we were waiting for the shuttle bus but it left withiut us at 6.30pm. How difficult is it to give us a wave that it's time to leave?

Reasonably priced by HK standards, but certainly not a 4 star hotel and too far from the MTR to be considered conveniently located. The room could be a bit cleaner as well. There are no shops or restaurants nearby.

Fairly new hotel with nice clean room but very little room to move around. Bathroom mirror badly positioned, watch your head. Metro station "close" by. If you want to stay here be sure to make your reservations online, price is half the walk-in price.

My second home. I stayed here for 3 months in 2016. Overall a pleasant experience. Spacious, bright and clean room, friendly staff, 7/11 downstairs (closes at 11 pm). Hotel bus connecting the hotel with Tsuen Wan MTR station and Tsuen Wan West. Plenty to explore there. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is nice enough, but nothing special. No airport shuttle before 08:30, and breakfast doesn't start until 07:00 (not included). Not worth the money.

Breakfast was good.
Restaurant staff was excellent with there conditions.
Front counter was good.
Shuttle bus was excellent.
Front desk was good.
Rooms very small.
No room to swing a cat around.
Actually no room to walk past each other had to go bathroom just to pass each other.
Also could not find any cats.
Mobile phone would have been good if it was put in English before we came.
Also very noisy even 16 floors up.
Windows should have been doubled glazed.
Noise from other room was good.
Did not try the pool as it was for staff only.
Actually never seen anyone in the pool in the 9 days we were there.
