We stayed here for 12 days. Excellent housekeeping. It felt good to be back to a clean and fresh room after a tiring day. Rooms are big size. We are a family with 2 kids and were comfortable in the space. Excellent location as well. Bus 31A from airport to the hotel. Metro station just 3 min from the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Swimming pool is awesome with good views. Nice people at the reception too.They gave us free wifi which otherwise has to be paid for. Only issue we had was there was smoke smell in corridor even though it was a no smoking floor.

This is a nice hotel for the most part. They only provide one adapter for American plugs though, and wifi in room is additional. Otherwise, great location and prices. The Bay view rooms are beautiful.

I had a wonderful stay here back in Nov 2017. They looked after my elderly parents and I very well. Credit is due to one particular staff member, Kane. We had an issue with our first room where there was a leakage problem in the bathroom. He made sure we were given an alternative room with no fuss and was always happy to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. We had a very pleasant stay here.
The hotel is very popular with people visiting from Mainland China so it can get very busy and noisy in the main concourse, and potentially in the corridors if there is a wedding party staying there.
Advance warning, if you book directly with the hotel, wifi access is complimentary. If you're booking through online accommodation search engines, wifi is not included. Also if your room is located quite high up in the towers, your mobile might not any signal.response / report this review -

This hotel is located in a very convenient location in Tsuen Wan. Adjoining the building is the City Walk shooing mall with lots of shops and restaurants. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the Tsuen Wan MTR.
The rooms are pretty big comparing to most in HK. We would recommend this hotel.response / report this review -

Large and modern rooms with open city & sea view which I really enjoyed. Housekeeping team is nice. But they are too busy that you can never have someone answer the phone at front desk. U always have to queue up (always long queue) at front desk for a small issue like fixing a router but they never touch and fix it. Great facilities, but disappointed services.

Very good hotel at a very reasonable price. The view from the top is awesome. I stayed here at 58th floor and view from top is breathtaking. The hotel is very beautiful, well maintained and having very good amenities. You can have a good look of the lake side, city and view in the night from the top floors is just amazing. watch my pics taken from hotel room, hotel lobby and from outside the hotel. Just near the hotel there is a very good lake and garden which is worth visiting. There is one very long dining table in the hotel restaurant which is so unique and should be seen.

Although I am Japanese, hotel staff always provide best assitance with their good smile. My hotel room was 79th floor which provide best location and hospitality. If I have another chance of visiting Hong Kong, I will book this hotel again. Thank you.

I will have stayed at this hotel between December 5th and December 20th. In this review I shall justify my reasoning for a three-star. According to Google there are three categories which I shall write in; that being Rooms, Location, and Service & Facilities.
Rooms
I lived on the 69th floor of the hotel (ha) with a sea view. Very rarely does one get a view of Hong Kong as part of a regular experience, and one which I frankly give more credit to the architects and planners of the hotel than on the service staff - a truly extraordinary view of Tsuen Wan, Kwai Chung, where on good weather one could see all the way to Hong Kong Island. In my opinion, I believe the unique sea and city view itself justifies the cost of the hotel room.
As for the room itself, there are two very comfortable queen-sized beds with four pillows, unsurprisingly comfortable as well. There's a 40 inch TV if I'm not mistaken. Bathroom facilities are nice, with separate shower and tub, a standard toilet and sink.
An irksome matter is how there's only limited space to place your workplace in, for such a spacious room. An even more irksome matter is a minor bit of infestation and rust. Not so often in the matter of the infestation - quite literally everyday during my stay I had to kill at least several small flies, something certainly not befitting of one of the grandest hotels of the New Territories. What I also found strange for a four-star is the large amount of rust I found. I understand that the L'hotel Nina has been in operation for a decade but I find it extraordinary that staff would let such a large amount of rust form in a room.
Location
The hotel is placed within a few minutes walk to very well-equipped malls such as Citywalk 1 and 2 and Tsuen Wan Plaza, their places well-known in town for having particularly excellent shopping and dining facilities (although it should be noted that in this part of town English is not very widely spoken, not even in the hotel, although that would be further extrapolated in the 'Services and Facilities' section). Just adjacent to the hotel is the Tsuen Wan Riviera Park, a harbourview park with a gorgeous view.
As for transportation, as with most parts of Hong Kong there is an extremely wide variety of options for the everyday traveller. Adjacent to the Tsuen Wan Riviera Park is Tsuen Wan West station and the Tsuen Wan Ferry Pier. The hotel is also within a ten-minute elevated walkway walk to Tsuen Wan station, with Tsuen Wan itself having a litany of countless bus and minibus routes servicing to nearly every corner of Hong Kong on literally nearly every street. I have also yet to have mentioned a line of taxis waiting outside the hotel.
Service & Facilities
Staff are for the most part professional and kind, however it is quite clear that a certain amount of staff members are non-English speakers, particularly the housekeeping staff, so one may have difficulty communicating. A Cantonese-speaking roommate relayed to be a story where a member of housekeeping was rude to him when he asked for additional towels, saying whether he was going to 'keep' them - implying he might steal hotel property. I myself found myself seeing empty counters on the hotel cafe.
The most troubling are the elevators. Sometimes the buttons simply do not work. Sometimes the elevators itself do not work at all, running out of service for days on end. There had been a serious leakage on the transfer lobby during the last days of my stay and I found it surprising that hotel staff didn't resolve the problem quickly. It went on for days.
Conclusion
It appears that this hotel is in need for quickly and effectively repairing the leaks and elevator issues, the infestation is an incredible annoyance during my stay. The best reviews I give here is for location, and to be honest that wasn't on the hotel's behalf. Overall however, if you are willing to overlook these irking matters and perhaps not stay for too long, then you might find the L'Hotel Nina a good stay.

A fantastic hotel with everything what you need. Its well connected by MRT and buses. The basement of this building is the nina tower bus station and can easily find buses to every location. Also from the airport, catch A31 bus and that directly goes to this hotel. There are malls, streets and everything nearby and easy to get around. The view from the tower two is mesmerizing. Good location. Very near to MTR purple line. Shopping malls connected to 2Nd floor of the building. Super market at third floor. Tought the staffs at reception didn't tell us that we need to take elevator to floor 41 then take another one to floor 60. We had to ask.

It was another great experience visiting Hong Kong! The Hotel is connected to the mall and a cultural park that everybody can roam around for free! I even saw some of my Kababayan sitting on a shed having their lunch. Very friendly and peaceful place. Will be back for sure, in God's time!

Far away from everything. MTR station in walking distance. Twin sharing rooms, only one breakfast providedhad to pay extra. No room service after 12 midnight.
It’s basically good for a large group. Constantly busy reception with 100’s of people checking in/out. Makes it very noisy.
Rooms are big and have a good view. Overall a disappointmentpaid too much for the service. Not at all worth it.response / report this review -

Although the hotel is located far away from the usual tourist areas of Hong Kong, it offers spectacular views from its big rooms, which although they are a little bit tired are well maintained and good. Its a very good value for money hotel especially if you are for business in the area. The in-house restaurant is a bit expensive and I would recommend to try the may restaurants around the hotel which offer a much better quality and value for money. The hotel is mostly used by mainland China tourists flocking to Hong Kong for short tours and shopping and when there is a group arrival or departure the lobby area is chaotic. The room service is good and all employees were helpful.

Elevator lobby design was a bit flawed, it is almost impossible to see which elevator door would open resulting ,in a cat and mouse game to find the right one. The wifii connection had issues everynight and cell phone reception was non existent ,if your room was higher up. There is also a shortage of outlets for the washrooms, and the room in general. The gym equipment are a bit rusty and needs attention.

Fantastic hotel with 1600 rooms there's never a shortage. Breakfast buffet is quite good also. This hotel is one of the best around in the area with shopping malls at your fingertips. Get a room at the top facing the Harbour because the views are fanfabulous.

Good stay for the price. You can't possibly find a 4 star hotel in Hong Kong with that price and they always try to upgrade you to a higher floor with the nicest view. Beds are rather comfortable too. It's also in the best location of Tsuen Wan and it's extremely convenient. Very important - please do yourself a favor and book on their website instead if you want free wifi. I would have knocked 2 stars out for the fact that their check in is extremely slow, the rooms are not the cleanest (I found hair in bathtub around the drain) and it's always crowded at the hotel lobby. However, the price is so unbeatable for its value, it deserves 4 stars.
