The crystal lotus restaurant was awesome! Other than the long distance walk from Disneyland station to the hotel, other stuff such as views are great!

The rooms are gorgeous. There is a maze meadow at ground floor facing the sea that has trained chirping birdies that play around. This hotel has free shuttle to the Disneyland park to and fro. There are three different restaurants in the hotel; one is authentic Chinese, the other is an English cafe Disney themed and third one is the buffet place (forgot the name). The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is worth a shot and they do provide vegetarian dishes upon request, they variety of green tea they serve is just awesome. Coming to the breakfast every morning, there are Disney characters roaming around and its fun clicking pictures with them. They staff is quite friendly in this hotel. They even provided us coupons and promo passes for the Disneyland park as it was Birthday of my sibling. To our surprise they even got us a non-eatable but well-crafted cake on the day of Birthday with a greeting card. The stay was great. They don't have jet spray and hand spray in the toilets. However overall 5 star. Please don't mistake this for the Hollywood Hotel as it is different. Enjoy folks!!

Conveniently accessible via a shuttle bus at the Disneyland bus loop. We took a 5 minute ride to the hotel for the lunch with Disney characters. Characters we met were Mickey, Goofy, and Pluto. On a Thursday morning, the buffet restaurant was only half full allowing the characters to come by 2 times. The characters were great with kids doing gestures and were natural at taking photos and creating candid shots. Food at the buffet was very good in quality and taste. It ranged from Chinese food like noodles and dim sum, to American to Indian with selections of cakes and one cup desserts. The teriyaki salmon was cooked just right to be still very moist and full of flavor. Service was very good and the staff were always happy to help out. You don't need to purchase your photos there at the restaurant as they are subtly pressuring you to purchase a special print right there starting at $168 Hong Kong dollars, which is a lot of s single photo and digital copy of that photo.

My 3-year-old daughter and I stayed there just before Chinese New Year. I purchased the package on their website: almost A$500 per night. The overall experience was not very nice. The quality of kids meal at Walt's restaurant was terrible; the slippers in the room were broken and almost made me fall down

Good for young kids, not for teen though. Very disney-style. Long queuing everywhere. You must be patient with your kids for waiting. We spent almost the whole day here but could play only 3. We didn't feel fun because of long waiting hours.

Seriously one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The entire experience is just magical! Right from the welcome till you check out they take such good care of you and your family!

The hotel is very beautiful and it feels as if you're living in a real life fairytalesque castle. I especially loved the peculiar fragrance that this hotel had which stays with you even long after you've left HK. Will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Disneyland.

Very satisfied with the service of the staff. Place is very well maintained, food is great. Great place to spend a few days with your family or spouse. If I need to pick a bone, it's the inconsistent water temperature during showers even when the water is constantly running. Makes a difference during winter.

Great characters. Slightly overprices for what is available elsewhere in Hong Kong. Music was good in the hotel lobby. Holiday themed. I visited during the November months. If you love Disney, the experience will not disappoint!

Jason and Vincent took excellent care of us. Jason kept order throughout the hotel and helped at a moment's notice. Vincent made sure we had honest cab drivers during our stay. Minus one star for the service at the Hollywood Hotel only. Service at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel was outstanding!

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did visit the Crystal Lotus for their cute Dim Sum designed to look like Disney characters. The looks of the steamed buns and dumplings are really cute, but the flavor of everything was subpar. As for price, it was quite expensive. You're pretty much paying to take photos of your cute food.

Really love the decor of the room. The room was also very spacious and well kept. Breakfast with the character was amazing, the kids totally loved it. Remember to explore around the garden area too.

We stayed in the club room and, while it was rather expensive, it was totally worth it. My daughter had a delightful time the entire stay. The team here was so friendly and helpful they made the trip to Disneyland a lot of fun.

Your love for this place would depend on your expectation. I fell in love with the hotel because the moment i entered, it was a Disney palace straight out of time. There was a live mini-orchestra playing classic Disney songs. The chandeliers were magnificent and the ambiance will bring out nostalgia. The grounds featured a small maze for kids, there was a Disney store for souvenirs, and a salon where kids can dress up as Disney characters. As a hotel, they offer a buffet where Mickey and friends will join your dining experience and you can take pictures with them. The facilities are a bit old but clean nonetheless. You are free to roam around the place which is not to big, and definitely desinged to make you feel as though you are in a Disney story.

It was absolute fun to visit the place. The hotel looks like straight from Disney comics and I love that feel. Check in was smooth. Room is spacious and we were given a one facing swimming pool, with a balcony. All the amenities are of top quality, mini bar was empty and I could see no option for stocking the same. Would have appreciated more, if there was a Nespresso machine in place of boiling water kettle - luxury hotel defines the standards. There are on premises restaurants offering multiple options to eat coupled with facility of in room dining.

A fantasy hotel which has lotsa of activities throughout the day. The room size is rather comfortable w 2 queen size bed and good cleanliness. Recommended to stay at least 2 full days to enjoy the activities at hotel and visit Disneyland. U r able to meet Disney characters during breakfast time and a studio which turns all gals into princesses. Love their big flagship Disney shop where u can find lovely stuffs and u definitely can't resist to buy 😅A magical experience 😊

Rooms are large, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Obviously access to the park is another plus despite the park does not open that early like other amusement parks, so if you stay there just to be early at the gate there is no need to do so, you can easily take the fast train from HK. I hoped hotel guests of one of the Disney hotels would have special/early access to the park but this was not the case which is disappointing. Overall the hotel itself is very good.

Very nice Hotel, good atmosphere, very friendly professional staff. Candice on the front desk always went out of her way to give us the best experience, in fact all the staff were brilliant.
Disney characters are always around the Hotel and take their time to make sure each child and adult feels special.

Resturants have good quality food and high standards of service.

The gardens are very pretty and well maintained.

Very close to the park so no need to take the free shuttle, just a 5 minute stroll through some nice scenery.

If you can afford the upgrade to the Kingdom lounge it's well worth it and will save you a lot on food and drink. As you can have free drinks all day long within the lounge.

The rooms were really nice and comfortable. Food was very delicious. The entire theme of the hotel, based on the Disney obviously, was really lavish. The service was also exceptional. Have shuttle service for dropping and picking up from the disneyland.
