At the weekend if sunny day the beach is full of people in summer time. Night time is a peaceful moment to relax. Recommend to stay over and enjoy the quiet moment on the beach. If you come at weekday it will be less crowd.

Worst terrace restaurant ever. We ordered a Submarine sandwich, a Concerto club sandwich and a dish of spring rolls.. First Submarine sandwich comes with a piece of “STONED” baguette hardly chewable and they don’t put any sauce to moisturize a bit.. worst. And the Fries, they were not freshly fried.. must have stayed long time in the kitchen. Spring rolls were not good as well. A pint of Tsingtao was very watery. Do not recommend but the terrace and view is nice.

The restaurant offers a nice view of the beach. Terrible food which is over priced. We ordered chips (60 dollar) and a pizza (130 dollars). Chips tastes like the frozen oven chips and the pizza was a very sad thing in the tin. Menu had pictures of the food from a stock photo site.

Have not been to the hotel above but this bar / restaurant is right by the beach walk. Grab a table overlooking the sea and enjoy a long neck beer, free WiFi and some comfortable settees. Western food served here. Despite the power station next door, this beach is very quiet and safe. Restrooms and shower available by the life saver office

After returning from Lamma island in Hongkong after two weeks staying at the Concerto we were delighted with the staff & friendly nature of the hotel ! They couldnt do enough for you & to help with anything they could ! On arriving at hotel we were very disapointed as there had been a typhoon & the beach was destroyed ! Within a few days they had got it well on the mend & we able to use the ammenities ! Very relaxing stay & would recommend it for a quirky different kind of holiday ! I don't know about the hotel, but avoid the restaurant: over price, very basic fried food and so slow to serve. Only location is nice.
