Nice staff. Great rooms. Pretty much attached to the citygate shopping centre. Supermarkets close by. Train station 5 minute walk. 5-10 minute car ride to cable carts. Over all fantastic.

Topped up for late check out and access to lounge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The premier room was clean and has a good view. Citygate outlet stores are located just below and the hotel has free airport shuttle service which is an added convenience.

I rarely bother to write reviews. However the staff at this hotel were so accommodating and helpful that I feel compelled to mention it. Thanks very much for making my kids feel so welcome and cared for.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and gym are great (from what I saw :) ). The location is extremely convenient to the airport and MTR. Buffet breakfast was good too.

Excellent hotel. Wish the rooms had a bath as well as a shower but the rooms are nice. Great buffet and is connected to the mall and the subway system. Everything you need or want is close at hand. Highly recommend.

Very nice place close to airport, next to shopping centre and metro station. Free airport shuttle. We were upgraded to junior suite, located almost on top floor. Very quiet and cozy. Will be back soon!

Nice hotel - near HKIA, and on top of an outlet mall and the Expo Center.
Rooms are fairly modern and clean, large by HK standards (and nowhere else!)
They could update the rooms with more electrical outlets, and the more modern "universal" style so adapters aren't as necessary.
Staff is consistently friendly and helpful.
Prices can fluctuate pretty wildly, depending on time of year and events, so it's best to have a backup plan in case your business has a strict travel policy on hotel costs.

Location is excellent if you have business close to the airport. Rooms are fine but not very spacious. The buffet restaurant are acceptable but you can find many restaurants in the surrounding area. Quite fine hotel anyway

Great choice for a lay over if you are connecting via Hong Kong and are in need of a room. Very convenient shuttle bus to and from the airport. It you are staying in Tung Chung, this would also be as very good hotel option. Good for visiting Tian Tan, the cable car, or Disneyland.

It has all that you need when visiting Hong Kong. Super close to the airport! They provide a free airport shuttle. Has an outlet mall connected to the hotel. Also, the subway is literally a 7 min walk from the hotel as well. The hotel is very nice.

Premier rooms have different check in counter very exclusive. The rooms are dated and very clean. Staff are very accommodating and even came up with a birthday cake surprise for my wife in 10 mins call time. Awesome!!! Highly recommended place to stay.

We arrived early after a long overnight flight from Madrid and although a room wasn't available we felt very welcome and within an hour we were able to catch some sleep before going out.
The room was excellent although some furniture was time-worn but it met our needs and had a great view.
All aspects of food and drink service was excellent.

Good hotel, room was a goods size and efficiently laid out. Like that a comb and toothbrush was provided (needed both at the time). Good location with shopping mall in lower floors below hotel. Very attentive airport shuttle is welcome both coming and going from airport. Restaurants offer good food and service. Not quite a top notch hotel, but pretty close.

I really enjoyed my one night stay here; the shuttle from the airport was quick, once I found it. The driver was friendly. The check in staff were efficient and professional. The room was clean and pleasantly appointed. The breakfast was phenomenal, though I've found that this is one area that hotels in Hong Kong often shine. There were nice facilities that I just didn't have time to explore- the pool and grounds looked wonderful. I'd definitely spend more time checking them out if I had another opportunity! Check out was expedient, and the shuttle ride to the airport was again quick and easy.

We only stayed one night before catching a flight the next day. Our executive premium room was fabulous, with a huge bathroom (two sinks, separate shower and toilet). The wall facing the bed is one big window, so we could lounge in bed and enjoy the view. The bed was very comfortable. Our only criticism would be that the light switches are a bit overcomplicated.

The staff we met were all very helpful and friendly and check in and check out were handled quickly and efficiently. The bar was pleasant and had a surprisingly good selection of craft beers, although it could get a bit noisy if large groups were in the lobby.

The free shuttle bus between the hotel and the airport was especially useful for us.

The hotel was in a really nice location, being built into a mall I was able to eat and a variety of restaurants and visit an outlet all within a few minutes from the hotel itself. The room I stayed in was one of the largest suites I've been in with two suites and a massive bathroom. There was a pool and a 24 hour gym that came with room and the pool was gorgeous, especially inviting early in the morning when the sun hasn't hit it yet. The staff there was very nice and helpful with baggage, room cleaning, and helping us use the hotel business computers. Overall I would rate the experience 4.5/5 only because there was no free wifi.

I used to live in Tung Chung, so know the hotel well. Very nice to sit in the bar in the evening once again. Thank you for the welcome drink voucher.

The rooms were nice decorated and clean.

However, I used the on-line check-in. This returned the message 'Your room is ready'. When I arrived at the hotel I was told the room was not ready and to come back in 5 hours! What is the point of on-line check-in?

We staying cause of my girlfriend landed Hong Kong on that night. We were happy that we got updated and some refreshment at the room.
All staff are amusing, Kevin Tam the guest experience manager did a great jobs. Also those ladies at Preimer lounge present the most beautiful I have seen before.

Extra bed is way bad feeling than other hotel chain, more hard

Executive floor is simply design. I still love the executive premier suit design, it's look decent when first step in. Maybe you can change layout ?

Buffet breakfast is great!

Bell boy super nice, love the smile.

Airport shuttle lovely. Time managing is great!

One point Last! Debit card Pre Authorization is something not friendly enough for me. I am now waiting the amount that show in my transaction as DEDUCTED to return. No more debit card next time! You should advice prefer Cash or REAL CREDIT Card.

Check in was pleasant. Room was nice, but not a fan of the lighting system that allows your partner to illuminate the entire room. Was given two free drink coupons for loyalty as a member and when I tried to use one of them during a time that the Andante was not even busy and ordered a gin and tonic that should have taken a couple minutes to make, I was completely ignored. I tried to get the waitresses attention and she waved and then continued to ignore us while she did something that looked to be preparation for something else. I finally gave up and left. Breakfast was a similar experience of poor service. Other than this aberration, the hotel was nice with a good location.

Check in process was easy, 1 man (I forgot his name) was kind and responsive, and actually he was the one who let us stay until 1.30 pm for check out time since we just checked in at 11 pm on previous day.
We enjoy the room, spacious, and my little boy and girl loves the bath up.
Excellent choices for breakfast, but unfortunately we didn't have much time to enjoy our breakfast since we woke up late.
We was avle to take a free ride to airport, and the driver drop us until our terminal and it was only us in the bus!
Thank you for the peasant experience, I hope Novotel will give more valuable promo, specially for family.

I already have done a very positive review - I was very happy with everything especially the friendly handsome male staff. Check in and out extremely easy. Loved it and felt very comfortable. No waiting times - great communication. Close to shops (same complex) and close to MTR and Bus station. Just a very cool stay for a few days. If there longer I would go into the city. But than again it's very easy to go with the train the train to the centre of Hong Kong city ;)
