Great service with a great semi-buffet (Parma ham and smoked salmon plus standard salads) during lunch. Main dishes are presented quite well. Lovely atmosphere with high ceiling and full height windows to bring the light in.

In the lobby of the Novotel Citygate across from Hong Kong airport, where I had a flight scheduled the next day. Listed as 'Italian' but the menu was more than pizza and pasta. Many inventive dishes. I had a watermelon, feta and black olive salad to start. Service was attentive and friendly. Way better than I'd ever hope for in a hotel lobby, a nice restaurant on its own accord if you are in Tung Chung.
