Very good hotel. Rooms are nice and have AC which is a huge plus when it's 35 degrees and very humid outside. The pool area is very nice although the sunbeds could use a little wash. Everyone working in the hotel is polite and very friendly. We asked to refill our water bottles a couple of times and were met with big smiles.
Few people speak English but they were patient enough to take the time to understand our Spanish.
There is a supermarket nearby and the island of Flores is just a short walk away. You can also be picked up from the hotel to see Yahxa and Tikal.response / report this review -

The experience was excellent.
The hotel have a good customer service.
It is in a strategic location, near the Isla de Flores and airport.

One of the nicer hotels in town with a pool and view of the island. If I were to do it again, I would probably go for less nice accommodations to stay on the island.

I liked it, it's a good hotel outside Flores. It is walking distance from the island. The food was good also the restrooms. It has a nice view toward the island.

Grande hotel in stile coloniale davanti a Flores, la nostra camera si affacciava sulla balconata corridoio senza alcuna vista sul lago ed il passaggio degli altri clienti davanti ci ha costretto a tenere le ante chiuse. Arredamento essenziale, piuttosto trasandato, biancheria consunta, asciugamani scarsi , persistente odore di muffa nella camera. Wifi non funzionante. In Guatemala abbiamo trovato 3 stelle migliori.

Good location and excellent staff. Only cabeat is the noisy road infront of the hotel.

They have trouble confirming online booking and payment I had to call my bank to cancel my online payment and pay up front. But other than that is a nice hotel with really good room service
