Very nice, clean and economic hostel located in a convenient position near the lake. Bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is well furnished. The "minus" is that their contact for travelling is the agency next door but just avoid them in any possible way. To be clear, DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING from the guys next door, Maya Expedition 1, they are scum and try to make your life hell if you don't book with them, following you around, insulting you and this kind of stuff, very "Mafioso" style. There is plenty of better options.

Basic room without A/C. It has nice lake view from balcony. Door lock was bit broken. No breakfast. We did not feel safe leaving our stuff in locked room. Espically when we have red all this bad reviews on that hotel. But need to say nothing happened to us.

Cheap hotel, dorm for 40Q with good fan, and very clean. Good location.
Personals very friendly. You can have to the kitchen from 7:00am to 9:30pm.
Very good WiFi too. Don't hesitate !

Es un hotel barato, acogedor y el precio merece la pena. Tienen habitaciones con ventilador y aire acondicionado, muy buen servicio.

Do not stay here! All the dorm beds upstairs have bed bugs that came out when the lights were still on. Staff member was told and did nothing so we slept in hammocks on the roof. Cold despite the hot day and the rooms were stinking hot. Only 2 bathrooms for 2 large dorms and possibly privates too!
