Small room, quiet, clean, afordable. Not much customer service $45 p/night. Bring your own towel if you can. Nice pool, incredible views.

Distinctly 3 star. Pool was nice. A/c, bathroom light, main light in room didn't work. Bed was comfy. Staff were lovely.

Clean affordable rooms though the shower in our room was terrible. Good lake views from some rooms. Nice pool though not heated. Decent menu at the restaurant.

A bit nervous about traveling to Guatemala alone, but after a hard day of seeing the sights and having overwhelming hospitality by everyone in this magnificent country, my attitude totally changed. The staff here was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Made the whole trip that much better.
Rooms are fantastic for the price and the complainers are obviously in the wrong part of the planet for their expectations. Room was clean, airy, and bright, with a great balcony and air conditioning! A genuine luxury in this part of the globe.

Hotel digno, piscina con inmejorables vistas, habitación normalita con aacc algo ruidoso .Un pero, el desayuno muy lento pero como hotel familiar y para una noche más que recomendable.
Para volver, porque tampoco la oferta de Flores es mucho mejor..Personal amable.

For less than$50 a night you can have a great view of the sunset or enjoy a dip in their pool, also overlooking the water. Great restaurants and shops are within walking distance too. A small restaurant is on site also.

Wifi is only for the lobby! (Where I am writing this review). Our room was not very clean. I usually don't complain about towels but those are old to the point you wonder if they are clean.
We arrived by bus at 5AM, the hotel was closed. We had to call in order for them to open the door. I don't blame them for that it's just some tips for any future travelers.
We had an issue upon checking in because they didn't wanted to honor the price we had from our reservation on Expedia. After 45min trying to reach Expedia customer service and having them fix the situation they honored the price and gave us a room ( it was 6AM) so that's a very early check in!
Only issue is before approving our stay, the desk changed our room probably to give us the worst one available.

Didn't have a good experience. Bathroom was dirty. Shower was clogged. Breakfast was included for us but we waited for 1.5 hours and never got it. After waiting for 40 minutes for them to bring coffee we went to the kitchen and served our own drinks. But after waiting 1.5 hours we decided to leave.
