Very friendly reception. Helpful with booking shuttles and local advise. The hotel itself is very nice, luxiourious by Guatemalan standards. Nice hot water shower, very nice air conditioning, very quiet, soft bed.

Specious, comfortable and clean.
The hotel is centrally located, has multilevel balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. Super comfortable mattress in a spacious room. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Safe deposit box in the room. Very good value for the money.response / report this review -

Fairly nice place with a beautiful view, clean rooms and a good price. The biggest down side for me was all the noises through out the night that were very annoying. There was a dog or some kind of animal up all night making loud noises. Over all a good experience though.

Comfortable and clean with fabulous lake views from the terrace restaurant. Staff was pleasant. Good wifi. Great bathroom with large, cushy bath towels which I have found to be a rarity in Guatemala. Good value. Recommend!

Excellent stay and the best night of sleep I had while traveling. Courteous staff, clean, nice touches for bedding, furniture pieces. Would highly recommend and would return if in Flores again.

Affordable, nicely located, very friendly and helpful staff, but the toilet in our room stopped working completely which became quite problematic. I would come back but do make sure the toilet works well
