  Hotel looks great. Has a pool and looks at the lake. However we booked a dorm room and found bed bugs on our pillow and bed. We informed staff right away and they did rip the room apart to get rid of the bugs but we did not feel comfortable staying. The staff didn't give us any problems.

  Staff and cleanliness is great. Only issue--like others noted--is loud music on the street below every night until approximately 1am.

  There is a nightclub a few doors down, and the bass vibrates through your room when you're trying to go to bed. Other than that, it's lovely. GREAT breakfast.

  Rooms are a bit old, but fit well into the rest of Flores. Great view of the lake, and a small balcony from our room. Good air conditioning, which made all the difference for late May.

  Rooms with a view, but on the small side. Fairly clean overall, but major downside is the noise factor. There are clubs playing loud music less than a block away and it doesn't die down till about 1pm. Good price, good breakfast included, wifi, hot water, AC, and running toilets. I'm happy😃
