The pool was closed in a high demand day, hotel wouldn't let use any other affiliated hotels pool, i tried to get at least breakfast for free since the pool problem was posted in advance, but they refuse to give me free breakfast. WiFi didn't work till late at night.

The rooms were excellent, beds really comfortable and they all full equipped with a/c and tv.

Love this hotel - great beds, comfortable room, and AC. Beautiful plants in and around courtyard. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Casino next door. Only downside was pool under repair.

The staff was mostly friendly, the room I stayed in was very damp and humid and not comfortable. The restaurant claims to be open from 6am-9pm but they don't actually serve breakfast till 6:30am and close earlier. The waiter was very snappy and said he could only offer us sandwiches at 8:45pm and there were no vegetarian options. Also, there is no parking nearby and I witnessed another tourist getting robbed on the street right in front of the hotel.

I really liked this hotel a lot, it's near the island and close to a grocery store. Easy to get a Tuc Tuc (Taxi) to anywhere in town. The room was good and very safe. I really enjoyed having the courtyard and hammocks. Having a restaurant on site is nice and the food is good. The TV's are old, but they work okay. The wifi did not work well during my visit. The staff is very helpful and I would come back next time I come thru Flores.

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two nights. The rooms were clean, a/c was fantastic and the staff was very helpful. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced. If you're looking for an economical, quiet and clean place, I suggest you stay here.
