Ok.. can't say enough about JC! He's the man! You need anything he has a guy and knows the area well. You won't be taken advantage of or price gouged here. He makes sure that you have everything you need and then goes beyond that. His hotel is in a great location for being right in the action in Pana. His paddle boarding is out of this world and super professional. He is so patient and helpful in all situations. We made a life long friend here and will always be back even just to say hey.

No complaints at all about this Pana hotel! Close to everything! Comfortable room! We even scored room #1 with our last second booking. Which had a little fridge in it, kitchen, and direct, semi-private access to the 2nd floor balcony over looking the street below. JC, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Even arranged for a private shuttle to the airport for Q800.

Excellent high quality rooms, and centrally located to everything. The Stand Up Paddle board tours are the best thing to do on the lake, hot springs, cliff jumping.

Great location near to the main street and both docks. Staff are super friendly and happy to help with anything. Rooms are nicely sized, and there are two lovely balconies on the front of the hotel to act as common spaces. The common space downstairs is nice too. Free coffee and tea. HOT showers. We organized a stand up paddleboard (SUP) fun tour, and we loved going with our host JC. He took the time to teach us how to SUP, and told us all about the region. Would definitely stay again.

An incredible ambience. They make you, truly, feel at home. If you want to visit Panajachel and Lago Atitlan, this will be the perfect place to stay, and may be paddle board with Panasurf, located in the hotel.

Excellent located, just half block from Santander street, in addition to the paddle board rental and the different options they give you, to really get to know and experience Lake Atitlan.
