Nice place, very well located, cozy beds, nice garden and terrace, the pool is great and the slide very fun, but pool is too close to public beach and someone take my kid life vest Need to improve security in that point or tell the guests about the vulnerability

Facilities are great, pretty upscale for what you usually find in Guatemala. Service is a bit lacking at the Panajachel location, and food is better at Antigua but overall it's a pretty good hotel.

Nice place, quiet and relaxing, the food is good specially breakfast. It's in the middle of the Santander street and has a spectacular view of the lake. However it is highly overpriced.

I love this place. I have not spent the night there but have had lunch there on a few occasions with my mom. Free parking and gorgeous lakeside views from the restaurant (which also has a patio seating). Food is above average and a bit pricey. But the view though.

Over the years we have stayed at or had a diner in the Restaurant of the Hotel.

The Hotel features stunning gardens to lay in a Hammock and relax. The Hotel has a large Pool with s slide for kids.

The Restaurant in my opinion is one of the best for service, food, value and price in all of Pana.

The rooms are spacious some with bath tubs, the beds are new and firm for sleeping.

The location is right on the shores of Lake Atitlan with some rooms having small yards facing the Lake.

Prices for rooms are slightly higher then other locations in Pana. However the Hotel is well run with a great staff.

We stayed only for lunch and both service (all dressed with typical clothes) and food were good. A little pricy but for the rest it has a nice view and a fascinating interior design.
