Lovely hotel staff very good views are stunning breakfast good the only down side I'm gona write is dinner in evening is not that off what I would have expected wasn't very good and restaurant so bright not a cosy feel great location

Amazing location close to Balcon de Mediterraneo and plaza. Lovely setting with amazing views from all rooms over the Poniente Bay. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was very good, the service was exceptional and food very good.

We were very impressed with the hotel .Then every morning we were woken by banging and scraping by builders in room above us.Room is comfortable with great views .Spoke to the manageress who offered us a discount on the next visit.We would never return to this hotel.She should have dealt with it much better than that.

To the team of villa venecia I would like to say a (big) grande (thank you) gracias to the whole team on our stay here at villa venecia hotel it has been such a wonderful stay here the staff and service and the beautiful hotel views are absolutely spectacular it is the best hotel we have been to in Benidorm we will be recommending this hotel to our family and friends everyone that works here are so lovely and friendly and very welcoming we would definitely be coming back here thank you so much 😊

Made to feel very special on arrival and throughout my holiday. Staff very friendly courteous and helpful.. Location and local amenities first class. Can't wait to return!!
