All in all a dated Spanish hotel stuck in the 70's outside entrance looks appealing inside is not.recently stayed here for 9 nights on a full board basis food basic and repetitive room was small with a grand view of all the real hotels gran Bali,Torre dorraderDown the hill close to the poiente beach sits a wonderful hotel the gran delfin these show a superior boarding place.im sure the Calas marina may have been a enjoyable place to stay at many moons ago it's just a place for the Spanish to frequent.if from the UK yes it's not an expensive place to stay at but I would not recommend it's my opinion on my stay here and observations maybe the tour companies should emphasise this hotel is mostly occupied with Spanish nationals as it seems to appeal to them .Good luck with that one as for returning to the Calas marina afraid not far better hotels in the area.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights bed and breakfast. Well let me just inform anyone who is thinking of booking a room there this. The food was an absolute disgrace and inedible!! The pool was freezing cold!! The staff were ignorant and unhelpful and who the hell wants to stay in a hotel in a country renowned for its hot weather that doesn't provide a fridge!! Had to convert b-day into makeshift fridge and the cleaners would just walk into room wether you were there or not!! Sunmaster owe us!!! Other holidaymakers whilst we were there also complained about these very same issues!! 3 stars my ass!!! Seriously folks, avoid the calas marina hotel!!

I stayed this hotel for 14 night. The room were clean but need updating. The food not the best. I am gluten free and most of all I had to have salads there was nothing I could. There was not a lot of fruit. The girl down in restaurant try to help best she could. Some the staff did not want to know. I am gluten free not by choice I have been like this all my life which 58 years. NOT HAPPY

Where do i start me and my family stayed here for 7 nights bed and breakfast. The food was terrible eggs cold and hard yolk, sausages cold, beans cold. Juice not juice. Diego the receptionist was lovely though helped us out spoke good english. Receptionist manager, women always in black was sour faced and didnt want to help us. We used the games room on a rainey day playing pool and cards and she told us to be quiet even though we werent loud plus it is a games room. The rooms are out of date but beds are comfy. The shower positioned in a strange way and flooded the room every time we used it. Also asked for 2 double rooms and got a twin and a triple which wasnt what we asked for. The room me and my partner had was infested with bed bugs and ive come home with bites all over my legs and my partner has them on his back. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels but clearly the beds werent checked. No fridge or kettle in room in the heat you want cold drinks but thats not possible here. Good distance from the beach. Overall would not stay again.

The hotel itself is clean and easy to navigate. The rooms are basic and you have to pay for extras such as the safe.
There are bars and restaurants close to the hotel and it is near a bus stop, which will take you directly into the centre of Benidorm.
The cleaners come daily and provide a good service.
The only poor point is that we were duped into purchasing the wifi. The member of staff at reception said that it was €25 for 7 days of wifi and a long as only person had access to the wifi at a time (meaning we would have to share it and connect and disconnect when each of us needed it) that would be fine. We paid but it turns out the the code is for one DEVICE only. So be careful about this.
Overall, a good hotel at a great price. Enjoy.response / report this review -

Was shocked when I went into the room it was filthy and the bathroom was disgusting holes in the top sheet food wasn't that great wouldn't be back

Got what we paid for, hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, nice pool area. 5 mins walk to the beach.
