Brilliant hotel. Great staff and great service. It's a bit of a way out from all the action. But for what we need on this trip it's perfect. Short walk away from pubs with entertainment on. Food is good. Everything you would want to expect from an all inclusive hotel. Definitely will be returning. Keep up the great work guys!

Comfortable rooms, fine for a family of four. The Mini fridge (not stocked) was useful for storing own drinks. Our pool view room was good, even though entertainment was outside, when we were in our room before it had finished it wasn't too noisy.
For a family hotel we found timings a bit late, but then that's more the Spanish way of life I guess. Kids Mini Disco started at 8.45pm, with evening show starting 10pm. Entertainment was good though.
The main pool is 1.4m depth in all places. Plenty deep for adults to stand in. Would have been better if there was a shallower end as kids often felt a little out of their depth when playing. Little pool is just 30cm deep.
Food was ok, nothing special but typical hotel buffet. Not a lot of choice for non meat eaters.
All inclusive used a photo ID card based system. Bit frustrating having to carry cards at pool etc but it worked fine. You could buy a lanyard at the shop which lots of people did.
20 minutes walk to beach, or taxi for around €6. Supermarket and Iceland and other shops within 5 minute walk.
Plenty of kids entertainment in the day time, from crafts to games and water sports. Various adult games during the day too including aqua aerobics and darts.
All staff were polite and helpful. Over all a good stay.response / report this review -

Beautiful modern hotel. Excellent choice of food, cooked well with great service.
Spacious clean rooms with mini fridge which is unusual for an AI room.
Entertainment varied each night and the whole team worked hard.

Had i lovely week early May staff were very good and the meals were very good ,very clean had a great room 3rd floor back looked out to the mountains Only bad point bath -shower very slippery and no mat or hand hold wife had bad fall on last day still got lump on back of head.We still will go back again later this year.

Decent place outdoor pool was nice even in march the indoor pool was disappointing due to having too wear a wear a swimming cap. rooms were decent so was the balcony viewing the Benidorm palace food was good but the Mexican food was at another level. I was a bit annoyed about paying for internet. the all inclusive was good. the woman at the bar was crazy. the games console controllers need fixing other all I had a great stay
