First time in Benidorm and spent time reviewing hotels before choosing the Levante club. Although we had a good time and would consider staying here again, I do feel that it only merits a three star rating. The Hotel looks and feels 'tired' and in need of a makeover. There is no comfortable seating in the public areas and the bar and outside seating was more like being in a cafe, OK in the day time but not for a quiet evening relaxing drink. Sun loungers around the very nice pool area are past their best and many are broken. It was also a strange ruling that you couldn't take a drink up to your room, where it would have been nice to sit on the balcony for a nightcap. All this said, we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The food was good, with a reasonable choice, although I am sure that some would not have been aware that there were different food selections at each end of the restaurant. The evening entertainment was mixed, some nights better than others, but there were some good bars across from the Hotel as other alternatives, and we were able to watch our respective football matches.!!!! All things considered it was a good week in a good, quieter area of Benidorm, with a regular bus service available right outside the door and we would consider staying there again

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Just a scam. Have to pay for wifi which only works in reception and near the pool, pay for ice creams at the bar amongst other things. Food isn't the best, very greasy and oily. Apartments are very basic, no air con one morning in the middle of summer!!, one morning we had no water. No snacks available on the poolside. Have to pay €150 deposit which is not mentioned anywhere. Entertainment very mediocre. I personally could not wait to get home.

Great place to stay, interior of bedrooms and bathrooms are basic, but all your needs are there. Who wants to stay in the room anyway,.. Spa is wonderful for a day of relaxation, plenty of choice at meal times, from pie to curry, and pork to chicken, entertainment in the evening with water polo during the day, if you fancy it. Housekeeping excellent we were on the ninth floor and the lady who cleaned our room gave us top notch service every day, I had to tip the girl. Thank you very much.

The hotel is very nice and well presented. Staff are friendly and the food they put on for the all inclusive banquet is delicious.

Just spent the last week here and now home, missing it already! Great hotel, with friendly & hard-working staff. Everything about the hotel including the bedrooms, are bright, light and spacious, giving it a feel good and relaxed atmosphere. All inclusive food provides lots of choice, couldn't fault this hotel & already planning our return!!
