My mother and her friends have been here twice before and have had no complaints. But this time things were a bit different, rooms were ok..but my friends brother went out on the balcony to have a smoke and was traumatised having witnessed couple having sex on the balcony of the next room could clearly be seen through the glass that separated the two balcony's. With regards to the dinning area there is a dress that was ignored by most if the guests, the food was Luke warm, some of the pies and eggs were partly cooked. There were two disabled tables in dining area, that more often than not were occupied by able bodied people. After recent visit opinions are that standards have dropped.

Hotel rooms are dated, beds very hard. But food and staff are very good. Rooms on the front of the hotel overlook the lively night clubs.

Stayed here in October it was okay. Rooms was alright. But no nice views as I call benidorm concrete city lol.
Nice pool.
Friendly staff.
Food was nice better the the pelicanos (where benidorm is filmed).
Bit on the pricey side but decent hotel

Lovely hotel. Everything you need. Good food and nice pool. Great location right next to the clubbing strip but you can bearly hear the noise from it in the evening when the doors are shut. Great place, recommended!

Visited for the bar and function room. Staff friendly. Drinks reasonable price and if you ask. They will give u a WiFi code to use for free

Locality to the main strip. Central. Etc rooms needs updating I feel draws falling off fridge not working.
I've booked through the hotel in the past. With free transfers to/from airport. And get a free mug on arrival.
Booked through travel republic this time didn't realise but all the offers were not available. Felt disappointed to be honest with hotel food not as nice. Will look to stay else where next fiesta.

The hotel is in the businesses part benidorm so can be noisy but we have a room on the other side which is not too bad the room is clean and everythink we need the service is excellent can't complain
