It was the best choice!!! Clean and in very good location if you like to be where the hart of Madrid is. Sparkling clean and the staff very helpful. I recommend it.

This is a perfect hotel bang in the centre of Puerta del Sol, and great for all the restaurants, bars and sightseeing. The hotel is comfortable, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I would stay there any time I come to Madrid.

Modern amenities! Comfortable bed! Good location! But, don't expect your transportation to drop you off right in front of the hotel. The road is foot traffic only. The room we had was "petite", not much room to move about. There is this crazy design on the bathroom door. You can see inside the bathroom thru it! We had to cover it with whatever paper we had. I happened to have brought an adhesive tape. I wish they wouldn't use such a strong scented air freshener in the lobby. It gave me headaches!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are big. Nice bathrooms. Very clean. I would recommend this place. Location is good for tourist but noisy at night. Staff were very helpful.

The breakfest was very tasty and varied.

Very comfortable, small yet chic hotel with good facilities. Love the view from the balcony, amazing to watch the pedestrian street shops & people walking by. Location is very very good, in the centre of Madrid and with easy access walking to Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, and most interesting tourist and historical landmarks:))) Really loved my several days' stay here for sight-seeing & traveling before going to my conference venue:))

Staff is exceptionally nice. Location is great however it was very noisy especially after mid-night. Will come again next time considering the service of staff and the convenience of travelling by Metro and train.

Location is perfect for a city break, we visited everything we intended to see on foot. All amenities were within walking distance. We would have preferred a view over the street but the light well was quiet.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a room facing the Calle Arenal. the room was clean, tasteful and smelled nice. Sonia who did my check out the last time I was here, did my check in. Pablo who did my check out called up my Emirates chauffeur when I was on the way to the airport to inform that I had left behind some items. I managed to return to retrieve it thanks to Pablo.
