Very comfortable hotel in center of Madrid. 50 meters from Metro and Puerta del Sol.

I stayed here with two other people in one room. The rooms were very well decorated, modern and clean. The atmosphere was very nice as well. Especially the bathroom is quite big with a nice shower. Every morning it was amazing to eat breakfast at this place. The room was very cosy and with a lots of choice. Since I am a celiac I got special things. However, the bacon and eggs were naturally glutenfree. The staff was very nice. The hotel is very central so you can walk to all the popular places in just a few minutes.

We are very happy with our stay here. Great location but quiet at night. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Great hotel, good location. Check in was 3pm but they were able to accommodate us earlier. WiFi access sometimes a little slow in the room.

This is a modest, very clean, well-rounded hotel in an excellent location. The staff are wonderful, responsive and very helpful. They also handle English well, which is a huge help given our horrible Spanish. You really can't get more central than this. It's a few steps to Puerta Del Sol, a five minute walk to Plaza Mayor, 10 minutes to the Opera House and 15 to the Royal Palace. Every type of public transport you need is practically outside your door. Train service, subway, taxis, buses (including the major tourist buses), and bicycle rentals. If your expectations are reasonable and you are looking for a great home base to explore downtown Madrid, this is an excellent choice. We are on our third of four nights here and really have come to think of this as home base here in Madrid.

Located in the centre of Madrid, the website said no pets but they allowed us to take our cat (she likes to travel with us). Rooms had tea/coffee and a safe. Bathroom was spacious. The hotel was reasonably priced. Wifi was free but not very good.

Small rooms, very dated. Outlets are loose so be prepared to rig up ways to keep your adapters and chargers from falling out. Very central however.
