Great location in center of Madrid. Nice and clean boutique hotel. Thanks lady from front desk for help and chat. Right opposite of hotel is famous music club Joy Eslava. 👍🏻

My friend and I were delighted with our stay. The really special aspects were: the fantastic shower with various options (overhead, body, sprays), the breakfast (variety of fresh fruit, home-made bread and cakes, cereals, cheeses, cold meats, and hot dishes. I could go on.good coffee, attentive and polite staff. We decided to try the breakfasts for one day, and then, having experienced, it we agreed that we would not find such a standard outside, we signed up for the whole week. The rooms were clean. I would have liked tea-making facilities, and also an extra chair. But very well done all round!

Very clean and friendly hotel. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable, close proximity to everywhere. Hotel is situated on a very vibrant traffic free street. There is some street noise if you have a room on the front but you also do get to people watch.

The hotel has a very good location. We could went to a lot of tourist attractions in short time. The room was small but very comfortable, was clean every day. Personel was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good ( very good coffee). I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was absolutely perfectly located, close to all main areas. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go easily from the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and easy to approach. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. Would definitely stay here again !!

The hotel is in an excellent position in central Madrid. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. They are competitively priced.

The hotel was in a wonderful location and the staff was very kind. However, there were two issues:

    1) The breakfast was not advertised as costing 11 Euro per person and took us by surprise. The way it was advertised, it appeared that the breakfast was included with our stay.

    2) The room was very hot, but the air conditioning produced a foul smell when it was on. We tried to open the windows instead, but then the room smelled like cigarettes. So our sleep was very hot.

Heating worked really good. Room was big enough for 2 adults. Room has a minibar. If there were tea or coffee facilities, it would be much better.

I rate this hotel as just satisfactory since we only stayed one night before going to the airport. We reserved 3 rooms for 6 people. The air conditioning was extremely loud in one on the third floor. The two other rooms on the second floor had little to no air blowing through the vents. Very small room but otherwise a very clean hotel for a short stay. Also the hair dryers were on very short cords.; you can only dry your hair but impossible for a woman to style her hair.

Positives: The location is absolutely perfect. It is in the Central barrio of Madrid, walkable to the most popular attractions like the Royal Palace, Plaza de Sol and Plaza Mayor. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony and view of the main street. The bathroom was big with a very nice shower. The beds were comfortable. There was AC. The hotel provided a free walking tour of the city which was pretty good.

Negatives: The bathroom door was not sound proof at all. The street noise was loud at night when trying to sleep. I wore ear plugs. The air quality inside the hotel made my friend and me cough. The lobby air freshener was overpowering. The male front staff was not friendly at all. The female front staff were more friendly. The wifi was unreliable and slow, albeit free.

Conclusion: I would not stay here again because of the noise from the street. However, the location is unbeatable! Perhaps it comes with the territory, or maybe they need to make their walls/windows more sound-proof.
