Great centrally located hotel. Room comfortable and surprisingly quiet for location. Receptionists all very helpful. The only thing lacking was tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The service was impeccable, the staff very accommodating. The room was less than expected, a terrible and VERY SMALL shower stall that while fancy, didn't work and was too small for a 6' tall manawfullreplace the cube with a real shower. The rest of the bathroom was also worn and tired in poor repair, loose faucet and handle and no counter space.
The bed was fantastic, very comfortable, but the room poorly insulated from the street and very noisy.

Brilliant hotel located in the centre of Madrid. The breakfast was great every day very fresh with a great selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful in particular Gabriel and the young girl Ana they were both very helpful on arrival and also gave advice of places to visit we love Madrid and will definitely be back.

Had an enjoyable stay with the family. Kids enjoyed. City centre and loads of options to go around. Very close to metro station and local joints. Some of the best restaurants around. One particular Churros and chocolate place was close by and we went every 6 hours to eat :)

Very friendly, accommodating and helpful staffs. The staff at the breakfast room was very very considerate with my needs. Highly recommended. The fresh fruit and veggie juices were excellent items in the breakfast. However, hard boiled and scrambled eggs were overcooked. Lots of variety in the breakfast buffet even providing lactose free milk. MFantastic location!!!

Starting from the location of the hotel, its a big plus. Its located between Sol and Plaza Mayor, which gives you a real feeling of Madrid.
Following on with the staff, they are very helpful and professional.
The rooms are comfortable. I had a "small" double bedroom, which is basically your double bedroom standard size, perfect for a couple.
The bed is comfortable and theres hot water in the shower, so I don't see why someone would have any issues with their stay. Room is cleaned daily with fresh towels and soaps/shampoos.

I stayed for an entire week and i felt really at home in this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and cosy. I also love the fact that they have bicycles that can be used for free whenever you want. My wife and i did several bike tours through the city it made the city smaller and we saw lots!
I would be happy to come back to this hotel!

Reasonably priced and the location is perfect -- very close to the metro, shops, and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the room was decent sized for Europe. My main complaints with the room are that the AC didn't work very well at all, but it was cool enough outside that we just opened or balcony doors. The other issue with the room is the shower left something to be desired. I loved all the jets, but they were poorly positioned (too tall, even for me at 6' 1"), and the overhead showerhead forced you to stand on a goofy and slippery ledge in the shower to actually wash your hair. So while the quality/craftsmanship was lacking, I'm still happy we stayed there for the price and location.
