Great hotel, helpful, friendly staff, convenient location but can be noisy due to traffic and people outside because it's next to busy streets.

Super central, just off Plaza Mayor and a few minutes stroll to Puerto del Sol. Very helpful staff, assisted with booking shows and taxis. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Location is absolutely stellar, you're right in the middle of the action here. Rooms were dated, but the bathrooms were completely updated, which I very much appreciated. They are currently renovating the main lobby, hopefully they'll be updating the bedrooms next. Lovely place overall, would recommend as it is great for the price.

In a lovely location. We had tapas and most of the food was lovely but the portions were huge. Pasta was good, pizza was not. Location is definitely the highlight

Prefect location, near by every think, Metro, restaurants, markets, etc. Very comfortable, good Internet connection.
