The location was excellent & the staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only the room was very small, and atleast a tea / coffee maker with all the necessary condiments should have been provided.

The breakfast buffet was very varied and healthy. A super positive experience. The staff was smiling a lot. The receptionist was very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the supermarket, the metro and the Big shopping street and still an ok quiet place.

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to both the Metro and the train, and with lots of lively activity and restaurants around. We stayed from Saturday until Tuesday, in a nice room with a little balcony. We found that it was rather noisy on Saturday evening until the early hours of the morning but all other nights were fine.
The staff in the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

It would be nice if there would be a shower for people who want to leave the hotel after 12 o'clock.
The breakfast was great, lots of choice.
The beds were good, the (massage) shower did not work properly.
Staff friendly and helpful, however, they did not speak english fluently.
It was nice to leave the suitcase and stuff at the front desk.
The location of the hotel was great.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was brilliant as we were a few hundred meters from Sol square so was in the hub of everything. Like every major city it was quite noisy, especially at night, but we did go in fiesta season so we were in the hub of things. One of the wardrobe doors was hanging off and one of the shower doors was hanging precariously on its hinges, but this did not deter us from having an enjoyable stay and would most certainly stay there again. Perhaps things like the doors should be checked before the room is allocated. The staff were helpful..

Although the location of the hotel is excellent, however the room is old and there are mold in the wardrobe and the corner.

Conveniently located, omfortable rooms, excellent wifi, ample and delicious breakfast, knowledgeable and helpful staff! Only downside is is no air conditioning on a warm wint night and noisy revellers late into he night..

Nice hotel in the centre of Madrid. Very friendly staff. The room was small but sufficient. A bit warm. The location is good, but there is much noise from the streets.

Nice hotel and room. Friendly courteous desk staff. Clean. Convenient. Will look for these hotels again when traveling. One suggestion: please reduce use of scented products. Many folks are allergic to perfumes etc. Lobby was particularly noticeable. There are other ways to deodorize interior spaces. Maybe air freshener was heavy with scent, so try another product. Does staff wear perfume or aftershave?? Maybe better not.
