It was my first time in Madrid and this is a beautiful hotel. Location not great for shopping or restaurants. Customer service was just okay, perhaps because we were a tour group. Took a long time to check in. Also a slight issue with language, but it us very clean & modern.

Quite nice hotel, goods standards. A little far from public transport. Good overall experience.

Staff are good, and the breakfast is alright, but there the good ends. I've never been to a place where i can't make a drink in the room, no water, no kettle, no chance. The hotel is old, creeky, and they shut the gym and spa after lunch on a Sunday! What hotel shuts everything after lunch? And there is NOTHING within 25 minutes walk, so when you turn up on a Sunday, you have no choice but to go to the bar, as there's nothing else open, and nowhere else to get even a glass of water

if you're looking for a short stay around airport, this maybe good option for you but you will have to call the hotel to call shuttle bus, and once you're in the room, there is creeking noise around the floor. you can literally hear people walking upstairs. i give two stars bc we had relatively good breakfast.

The hotel is good in general but needs more maintenance. The elevator near the bar has a broken button on 1st floor and the shower didn't hold by itself for mentioning some issues

Offer a free airport shuttle from the airport if you phone them when you wait at the hotel bus area. Note that the area is to the left side of the area, just before the numbered mini van lanes. Hotel is tidy, neat and staff are friendly. Gym is well equipped with free weights and machines. Would definitely stay here again
