The location is away from everything if that's what you are looking for. besides the meeting went well, the room wasn't ready and they didn't fulfill our requirements. There was noise from operators in the hotel

Nice hotel. Very clean 30 minute bus ride to city centre. Breakfast expens ive. Not worth 30€ .

The hotel is okay but trying to have dinner at the hotel restaurant was bad experience for my colleague: cold fries, tasteless risotto, mediocre hamburger. The service was ridiculously slow even though the restaurant was almost empty. The waiters cannot speak English, it is up to you to learn Spanish in order to communicate with them.

Its location is quite convenient when it comes to watching football game at Wanda metropolitano, it is just 20 minutes away from it. The room was not remarkable but really tidy and clean, nothing should be complained.

Non smoking rooms smell like smoking ones somewhere else. Personal at reception desk is very disappointing, pretty cold. I arrived too early, they told me I would need to wait for an hour till my room is ready and 2 hours later they invited all the people who came after to check in without taking into consideration who had been waiting for hours and who came in 5 min ago. Quality of the rooms is poor. No ironing made possible in the rooms (where as others can), mini fridge had only water!! And more stuff that will turn my back on them. Once there but never again.

Clean rooms friendly staff. Food is good and breakfast offering is decent but mainly continental style.

A nice modern hotel with clean rooms, HD TV with HAD channels, fast internet. Breakfast is continental has have a good choice of items.
