Hôtel and rooms are correct. Staff is really professional. Main issue is the location, i came 3 different times but each time iwas wake up in the night by external noises

Really bad location, really bad reception for a 4star hotel. Didn't wnat to make a copy of a key for a room of two when they provided only one. Before checkout time keys were disabled

Nice hotel not to far away Madrid centrum If you want to live in a place without much traffic. The locals outside the hotel isn't that steady in English

It's acceptable for business.
It's outside town and you will pay at least 20€ from airport and 20€ to the city center.
