It was OK overall. Room fine etc but restaurant was closed until after 7pm and general facilities locally were similar. This hotel is a fair distance from town but there are tube options into the centre. We stayed at end of September. Sadly the pool was closed by this point in the year.

Brilliant Hotel The service is excellent. The only down side is their location. Far away from the City but close to the Airport. Perfect for Business Travel

Nice, neat quaint little place. Central to metros. Extremely clean and comfortable. Reception and bar is great. All my special requests were delivered. We are international guests and English Spanish language barrier was non existent.

Staff is not welcoming, when we've checked in the 2 reception guys were chatting so we had to wait till that has finished to be attended
We've been in the room 518
Bed is OK, pillows uncomfortable
No waste bin in the room only a small one in the bathroom
No kettle, no iron
Only 1 glass when the room has a double bed and it was booked for 2
The air purifier was cluttered with dust
The shower drainage was semi blocked so you will be showering in a pool
The hand shower is quite uncomfortable
The information given in the room does not match with the reality
Our room was made only once, we've been there for 3 nights
I've got sick from the AC
10 min walk way you c a n find metro station Pinar de Chamartim as well on the Arturo Soria street are a few busses passing
Good connection fir the airport with the metro
Got a taxi from the main street and it was 23,50€ to the airport (18 € the raid + 5,5€ airport tax)
Around the hotel are a few restaurants options
Close by you can find Condis supermarket

Its really close to the center of Madrid, easy to go by metro or train. Rooms are really clean and comfortable and the service is really nice.

I chose this hotel because of the swimming pool and I realized that it was shared with the community therefore was full of kids. There was no room service as there was only one person in recepción and I had to go by myself to pick up a glass. The wifi was not working properly. The room was very noisy even though the hotel was almost empty.
