Fantastic rooms. Friendly and helpful staff with perfect English
Very nice, quiet place. Good prices. Really surprised with breakfast.
Large rooms and bathrooms. Clean but dated, beds hard and uncomfortable. No tea or coffee making facility's in room. Sound proofing in rooms rubbish can hear noisy neighbours clearly. Food only average buffet style. Reception staff are excellent, friendly, professional and helpful. Some staff unable to understand English but most do. Small swimming pool. Sunbeds needs refurbishing. Hotel clean and tidy but not comfortable.
Brilliant hotel, great location, great breakfast and friendly staff
Nice hotel with decent facilities, good views, and it's clean. Food is average though but lots of good restaurants nearby.
Really comfortable and the attention of the personal was very well and my visit it was for a student assay and they help me a lot
The staff were friendly and helpful. Pity pool was closed. But hotel very close to beach. You can walk or get the tram into Alicante city or El Campello. We enjoyed walkways around Castillo and the Marina. We booked B&B and paid 14 euros for evening buffet meal (includes x1 drink). Hotel room was clean and airy.
I been ther a couple of day'severything is was nicefrom the receptionist to the room service Nice view from the roomthank yiu you very much for everything
We secured a superior room which was well worth it. Great hotel, lovely and clean, nice staff, superb breakfast choice! Only(slightly)down side was location, twenty minutes to stroll to city centre and 40 minutes back(,uphill) would stay again tho
Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Maya. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We had a young child and the animation team were great - Andrea was very enthusiastic and fun. It was a short walk to the beach and into the main town and harbour with lots of restaurants and bars. Swimming Pool area was good, cleaned every morning and pool bar staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
