Nice place exept furniture: missing, old or cheap

Only good as a base. Classic case of you get what you pay for maybe a bit less - very very basic.
I wouldn't have minded so much as you do get good space but so many little things not working and the thing they call a sofa in the living room should just be dumped and burned. The shower has grime on it even after we requested a rewash, although there was an additional family bathroom that was mostly clean.
Loud a/c in the living room and only loud fans in the bedroom.
Only my first night here and really feeling I should've spent the extra couple of hundred pounds for a hotel closer to the city with an indoor pool.
This hotel/appartment complex isn't great for kids or standards. Will be requesting an additional "sofa" tomorrow with more sheets to cover it with so will see how that goes. Also extra pillows to go on it as it's muchos uncomfortable.
Book this place one if you are young adults on a budget and looking to be out most of the time.response / report this review -

Fabulous room space and excellent pools. Nice to be away from the main drag of beach and city and noise those bring!

I stayed for 2.5weeks been fine, the rooms are good as you get bedroom, kitchen,living area and toilet/shower. The a/c worked great in the living area but not so much in bedroom, I think it's more just a fan rather than a/c. Rooms were kept clean by house keeping. The bar/restaurant was a bit basic, limited menu but I guess if your here you been self catering or going into Alicante for food. I just used it for a base as I was out most of the day, And another thing the reception were helpful Overall I would be happy to come back.

Apartment and pool are great, although location is a little ways out from the city. Easy to get around on the local bus in to town (hourly) although be warned no cash machine nearby. The hotel shop barely deserves the name, serving as little more than a bar that sells milk and juice as well.

Stayed one night due to flight cancellation. Didnt use many facilities, but the apartments were very clean and well equipped.

Overpriced apartments.
Yes it's near the beech, but there is no access to it, without taking your life in your own hands by crossing the Railway lines. Not to mention the 1/2 Kim steep incline up to it.
The picture you see in the advert is from a top story flat before the hulking big building was built in front of this place.
Don't get me wrong. Very clean and tidy. Not so very comfortable though! However for €52 a night it's extremely extortionate.
Not even a free coffee mentioned.
Fully self Catering at an extra €50 deposit. If you decide to use the facilities.
You decide.
Don't know where the £27 a night comes from, cause I am here now, and the price was €52 Which I find is scandalous for the end of March. Not even peak season.response / report this review -

Must have a car even though trip advisor said it was 5 minutes to beach, which was correct if you could climbd an 8 foot fence and then cross a railway line. Apartmentwith poorly equipped etc. Trip advisor need to check the information they supply.

Remote area but close enough (6km) to the city center, at least by car. Otherwise not advisable. Room is very good incl kitchen. The couch is worn out though. Only restaurant in the neighbourhood is at the hotel itself. Not bad but not special either. Go to the city centre if you want more than basic food. Coffee is good

Cons: middle of nowhere - no shops around and cafe closes at 11, so have food in your apartment and/or eat in Alicante. Of course the food in Alicante is amazing. We used the 'hotel' as a base to go to the town and beach and Ibiza. Pros: cheap, private apartments, and nobody gives a toss what you do. if you're using it as a base for Ibiza for example there is no problem having a comedown day there with all the associated activities if you get me. Pool, bus stop for town, shop (small!), also everything spotless. One other poster said old and run down etc. Saw nothing of that. The WiFi doesn't work, granted, but this is NOT a hotel. You have a kitchen etc. Of course there is no breakfast included. Know what you're in for and you're fine.
